My only wish is that there was more selection in the stores. I wear half or 3/4 helmets and selection in store is pretty limited. Was able to try on the brand to confirm shape but had to go online for the style and hope that the fit would be similar. Thankful it was!

Working with the trainee to order the tires was time consuming and stressful as he ordered two front tires and I needed to get him to correct the order.
The tire arrived several days a part and when the front arrived I showed up with my wheel and was told they could not install it until the following Monday (4 days later) I left the wheel while I looked for other options.
I came back the next day and picked up the wheel and tire to take it to a different installer. When my rear arrived on Monday I dropped off my wheel just to be told that the guy that does tires is out and won't be in until Tuesday. I called on Tuesday to see when I could pick up the installed tire and got the manager who explained to me how he did not have his installer in that day but he would have someone in Wednesday and would call me before lunch when he knew he would have someone in to install the tire. On Wednesday I did not receive a call and when I called for status I was told it would be at least another day and that he would not call me back with an update so I would need to call them the next day.
I called back an hour after that call to get my wheel and tire brought up to the front of the store so I could pick them up and take them to another installer. When I arrive the two visible employees were talking to a 3rd person and no one turned around to see who arrived or to acknowledge me until I knocked my wedding ring on the counter to get their attention. On the plus side he did carry my wheel and trie to the car.
The employees were amazing, they set up my cardo and informed me how a pinlock worked. They added my pinlock after asking if I wanted it as well. Diego was amazing!
The product and Cycle Gear's service were excellent, as usual. However, it is frustrating to follow your order through FedEx Ground. You can follow the package accurately from the shipping location. Finally, it shows on the truck out for delivery that day, then at the end of the day they tell you the shipment is delayed and it won't be delivered. Do the final delivery drivers just decide they don't want to work anymore that day?

I purchased a Pirelli Diablo Corso tire for the front. The product is good and so was the online service. I even had an employee from the local store reach out online when I posted the situation I encountered to a local Facebook group. His name is David Perez@ Cycle Gear San Antonio, and I sincerely appreciate his offer to put a tire on hold for me. I believe this praise should be given because he did go above and beyond to aid. I didn't go to the store to purchase as I had made my purchase online while I was waiting for a tow and opted to have the tire shipped.
It fit perfectly as I was unsure to order a helmet online versus going to a store me and physically trying it on. Quality was obvious too.
I first ordered a helmet and it was delivered to the store. It ended up not fitting so the employees were helpful in giving me an immediate refund as well as helping my a helmet that fits. They got it shipped to my house so that I wouldn't have to come back into the store.
One of the best helmets I have bought. Very comfortable and it even comes with pockets for a Bluetooth connection. Very stylish and with the same protection Arai puts on their helmets.

Received wrong windscreen for gsxr1000 it said that's what it is in package but then you upen it and it's for a totally diybike so I'm sending it back to get money back but regardless your team has been very sincere and trying to make it right to me by giving me 25 dollars in store credit for the mistake. Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
