Very knowledgeable staff. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
Overall I have had a wonderful experience selecting quality riding gear. The only issue I have encountered, at no fault to CycleGear, is a limited selection of riding boots for people with large feet. I finally settled on a EU 49, and it feels pretty good overall. Would have preferred a EU 50 but will not complain. There was only 4 or so options in my size available. But shipping was fast!
The Kearny Mesa Cycle Gear in San Diego is my go to spot for new tires and tire mounting. Great customer relations with friendly courteous service. Just a bunch of good guys and gals.
Found what I was looking for, and ordered it. Haven't installed it yet so update after
It took a few days longer than thought. I was to get the part to a shop to finish my bike

The Delivery of the product was accurate, prompt, and as expected
Michelins Pilot Road 4 GT tires purchased for my 2016 FJR. These are now the fourth set of these tires the bike has seen in the past 8 years. Great value compared to stepping up to the newer GT offering from Michelin. Cycle Gear was fast to ship, quickly installed the tires on my wheels (and at a discounted rate given the order was placed through the store) and offered great communication when they were ready to be picked up.
Went in store to try on the black version in a 43, found these 50% off on their site in 42 and brown and I really like the brown. Fits great, true to size for me and feels great on the couple rides I have used them to commute.
I ordered the jacket and it arrived in 2 days, I ordered the armor and it arrived in 2 days - no complaints! The Analog jacket has a good amount of adjustment options to make it fit just right and the mesh fabric will hopefully allow me to ride in this jacket in the summer with the internal layers removed. The armor fits well into the jacket and has a much more absorbent texture and feel over the stock armor that comes in the jacket. As they say; "I hope I'll never need the protection, but it's nice to have". Ride safe out there
Haven't ridden in them yeti but they run true to size and are comfortable.
The BOA lacing system is great and super easy on and off
When it comes to women gear, we need more. I feel that the women department lacks on women's fashion. Yea, we ride but I also wanna be cute
All the employees that I talked with were very knowledgeable and friendly
I bought something online, it didn't fit like I expected in real life. I returned to local store and they made returns easy!
Gloves ordered were extremely small.I'll need to return them. Taking them to store
Great experience! The staff is always helpful and friendly.
Went to a physical store to try on helmets prior to purchasing. Staff was very helpful at store and online purchasing was easy!
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
