Ordered product online and was given an expected delivery date. I chose the ship to store option and item arrived two days early. Was promptly contacted by the store upon its arrival.
My experience is great walked in the door greeted by the staff. The guy that helped me was very knowledgeable. I got a new visor for my Simpson helmet he is very willing to help me put in and show me how it works so if I want to change it down the line. Great people.
It took a while for me to find the Klim Forecast pant on the website even though I knew it had to be there because a Cycle Gear employee showed it to me at the store. I needed to find rain pants that were sized tall, which these are. I haven't tested their water resistance yet, but the medium tall size fits me perfectly and has all of the features that I was looking for - zipper up high on the legs for easy on/off, don't ride up above my tall boots when seated on the bike, easy to pack and not too bulky when packed.
The boxes are arriving in suspect condition: tape ripped, box top ends crunched as if someone was inspecting. Goods inside are ok, but what's up with the boxes? May want to look into your delivery chain.

Was able to get this Pinlock insert within a week. They even installed it at the shop when I picked it up. Buy online because some of the in-store labeling is incorrect and they may provide the wrong insert.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
