The order I put in was a pretty long one. Every part and piece was box perfect. The shipping was faster then expected and the whole experience was pleasurable.
Your site is difficult if not impossible to navigate on mobile, you have items listed that are completely out of stock and unavailable and you participate in Pink Tax. Your product descriptions are vague, you have very little for the smaller structured, and you're far too curt in store.
The store didn't have her size in stock (XS), so they ordered it in. It came in, she tried it on, it fit, and we rode off into the sunset.
