Since 1974, we’ve been proud to provide motorcyclists with quality gear, parts and accessories at great prices and the best customer service out there. And as riders ourselves, we’ve enjoyed every second of it! Our team members come from diverse riding backgrounds, carving through canyons, darting around the racetrack, trekking the trails and riding just about anywhere else two wheels can take you.

Now, we have 165 Stores in 39 States nationwide and online shopping to bring top notch gear and expertise to wherever you call home. I was in the market for purchasing a new helmet, and did some research online to see what options I had and what the prices were. I decided to stop in a store to be able to physically look at helmets and how they fit. After talking to the salesman at CycleGear in Alb. I decided to purchase the helmet in store because he was so knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. I could've saved a little by ordering from online, but I was so happy with the service I received I was glad to give them my money instead!

Returns are easy

Ordered Alpinestars Mustang v2 gloves and the right thumb was about half a centimeter shorter than the left. Took it back to cycle gear, returned it and they ordered me a new pair that fit. Delivery came in 2 days.

Will be buying from here again for sure.

Grouping packages

I am glad each item was sent out as soon as possible, but I think an option to group all the items and just send 1 package would be nice even if it takes longer to hopefully be more environmentally friendly.

Waited too long

I ordered an item from the website and even signed up for their RPM membership, which upgrades shipping. I live in Las Vegas where the item was supposed to be shipped from(their warehouse location) and it took a week and a day to get the item. Their shipping takes too long.

Rude experience

The service advisor that took the order and placed it was real nice and professional.
The helmet came in on a timely manner.
The service advisor that helped us durning pick up was rude unprofessional and disrespectful.
It's a shame such a good quality store have people working with that attitude and disrespect.

I have been a shoei RF1200, and 1400 user for the past 6 years. I can say that this AGV is by far more comfortable and easier to put on than Shoei is also barely cheaper

Best customer service

Came in store (harrisburg) to shop for a helmet. Looked around and went to ask the salesman question about it. And end up buying a shoei rf1400 plus a photochromic visor. The visor wasn't in stock so he offer me to ship it home to Canada. He arranged everything and explained all the particularity on the helmet (pinlock)

Overall best customer service i ever had

Surprised

I have used the Harley shop for my parts and was never satisfied with the delays, attitude and cost of parts. I stopped in to your Abercorn store and was surprised at the help I received from Brittany, not only in ordering my parts but the pleasant atmosphere of the store. I have a 1997 Springer with a Performance Machine front caliper and mount, I needed pads and also ordered and replaced rear master cylinder. I will use this store from now on.
