I have been a shoei RF1200, and 1400 user for the past 6 years. I can say that this AGV is by far more comfortable and easier to put on than Shoei is also barely cheaper
Came in store (harrisburg) to shop for a helmet. Looked around and went to ask the salesman question about it. And end up buying a shoei rf1400 plus a photochromic visor. The visor wasn't in stock so he offer me to ship it home to Canada. He arranged everything and explained all the particularity on the helmet (pinlock)
Overall best customer service i ever had
I have used the Harley shop for my parts and was never satisfied with the delays, attitude and cost of parts. I stopped in to your Abercorn store and was surprised at the help I received from Brittany, not only in ordering my parts but the pleasant atmosphere of the store. I have a 1997 Springer with a Performance Machine front caliper and mount, I needed pads and also ordered and replaced rear master cylinder. I will use this store from now on.
The team at the Colfax store was knowledgeable, helpful patient as they helped me chose the best helmet to meet my needs. It was a very enjoyable experience!
The item was in stock processed in 24 hours. The first receiving date no package. Notification of the second date and time not met, notification of third date and time finally delivered.
Great shipping times. Product received in good condition. Can't wait yo use them on road for commuting
Very helpfull and will definitely let others know abt the kind and friendly help...thnks alot and very satisfying
Very good and came in before my road trip! Good quality and fits!
When I walked in, Ian greeted me and asked me if there was anything he could help me with. He made sure my order was correct, and that it was the correct size. He also gave me some information on alpinestars gloves which was very helpful.
Happy that there is a Cycle Gear store near me. Great people there and very helpful and friendly.
Easy to order pants that were not in stock and have them delivered to my house. The manager was super helpful.
Cycle Gear staff at the Plano store; Chris, John and Cindi are excellent. Great Customer Service skills and very knowledgeable about the products. Could not ask for better staff.
Not as happy with the original Cardo Edge Duo that I bought. Had to return it and get a new set. In addition, the external boom mic that I purchased for a 'Halfie" helmet was also defective and had to be replaced. The 2nd Edge works fine, but it took a lot of time trouble shooting the original equipment and then revisiting the store to buy a new set. Something that expensive should not have failed.
It came in the 2 day shipping time frame just as it was advertised
Always have great values on dirt and street gear
Cycle Gear makes shopping for gear, tools, and accessories easy!
The only ting lacking is having better (more) photos of the products. I was purchasing a jacket, and I wanted to see all the openings, zippers/vents, layers. It wasn't clear with the existing photos.
Granted, some products have more/ better photos than others.
Got in a accident the boots saved my foot from breaking. The boots barely have a blemish
Once you break them in, as all leather things, they're comfortable. I got my exact size (9W) and didn't haven't too much issues breaking them in.
Work crew were very friendley and helpful. They help me with understand more about the gears and safty.
Delighted with the store and their employees. Great service. Definitely coming back
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
