I made the online purchase and it was delivered in a day or two and I had what I needed for my trip out west. Fast, easy, and just as described! Cycle Gear has been fantastic for me.
Bets hamlet I have put in this price range. The inside is very soft. Waiting to see how tell the top of my head and cheeks break in. But as a helmet as a whole it's very good quality and definitely worth the money especially on sale as of time of purchase.

I ordered a Givi tank bag and mounting flange and I paid extra for expedited shipping because I needed the item for a trip. It should have arrived 2 days before I left for my trip. Instead, FedEx sent the item backwards and the shipping was delayed until the day after I left for my trip.
Please stop using FedEx for shipping. They screw up more shipping orders than all other shipping companies combined.

Ordered Show Chrome Flag Mount (R - Side) for Can-Am Spyder RTL. Item shipped in timely manner, picked up in store. Mounting was easy. Would suggest some double-sided tape be included or a suggested mounting practice as it adds some stability to the mount.

The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
