Bought my last set of helmets here six years ago, staff was amazing fitting and installing Bluetooth Sena gear at a good price. It was time for an upgrade so I came back again and was not disappointed found helmets with the Bluetooth built-in for about the same price, again they fitted my girl and then had them ordered, shipped to my door in a couple of days ready for a great day riding

Scratched up my visor and it was becoming hard to see out of. So I went to Cycle Gear to see if I could find a replacement. They didn't have it in stock but the clerk was nice and got it for me on their online site, and because I purchasing it at a store I didn't have to pay for shipping. Come a week later and a big ole box was on my doorstep waiting for me.
Ordered windscreen and mounting kit. Recieved screen, a week later got what I thought was the kit. But it was a totally different screen. Got ahold of customer service. Said they would send a link to get a return label. Still haven't heard back. Got the kit. Guess I'll sell the other screen.

Terrible experience with cycle gear.item was delivered Monday….i went to pick up Monday night and they couldn't find my order. Tuesday I called back and they found my order and I went to pick up. Shouldn't have to travel twice to the location for my order. Customer service in store is terrible
Overall very happy with the in store service but got a little nervous when only one item arrived but the email stated both items had been delivered.
Fortunately there was one of the undelivered items in the store and they held it for me.
With riding season in full swing speed of delivery was a must. Did not disappoint and got us out in the road in no time!

The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
