Made the exchange of race suit for a different size quick and painless.
KOP staff couldn't have been more helpful in ordering/paying in store for shipment directly to home. Also had time to just talk bikes. Never felt hurried. Good experience overall.
Finding my exact tire was actually quite a pain in the butt. When I entered the specifics, the search yielded countless tires that did not match my query. Only after clicking on 20 or thirty options did I find what I was looking for. Having said that, after I finally found the right tire the process was a piece of cake, as usual.
N/A I don't want to answer this and publish words to the website.
I love my new jacket and the ordering/pick up process was super easy!
Easy to navigate with plenty of items in stock. Checkout was quick and easy. Unfortunately, after receiving the Alpinestars riding pants I ordered, the size conversion chart wasn't even close to the size I thought I would need. Thankfully I was able to return the item to a local cycle gear store were with the assistance of a great staff I was able to get into a pair that fit properly. I normally wear a size 34 pants which converted to a size large, I ended up exchanging them for a pair of XXL after trying several pair on. Big difference.
This is hands down the finest motorcycle helmet I've ever bought. Expensive, but worth every dollar. Riding a hypernaked at triple digit speed & this helmet just cuts the wind. Is the wind noise an issue? Yes. That's why they include ear plugs. Having just come back to riding from a violent crash resulting in a TBI, I'm no longer squeamish about dropping almost $2k for a lid. The carbon fiber is gorgeous & pictures don't do it justice. The iridium is quite subtle. I also love that it came with a clear visor installed as well as a smoke visor. Swapping them out is too easy. This helmet literally hugs my head. I haven't messed with the 360 system because it just feels good where it's at. But it essentially allows a customized fit within the shell moving the padding.
I know it's expensive & there's other options that are just as capable. But, I was wearing a $300 modular helmet when I crashed. We face just as great, if not greater danger than MotoGP riders, but most only buy basic gear. I'll wear what the pros wear from now on.
I had no difficulties as these items were easy to order and exactly as advertised.
Love the helmet and boots. I have other TCX boots and this second pair is really nice. The Iron Workers womens riding jeans really don't seem to be made for women. Disappointed with the jeans but I am modifying them to work. The back gaps A LOT, and the legs are really tight. I am 5' 3" 110 lbs and it seems crazy these are big in the waist and tight in the legs. Apparently the designer never had a real woman try them on. The knee protection that came with the jeans were worthless, couldn't bend my leg, couldn't get them out of their pocket. Other than that, I like my helmet a lot, and I really like the boots.
Very good sale price, prompt shipping, quality merchandise. That's a bingo!
Good product and this one shipped fast. No issues at all and happy with turn around time
Jeff was very helpful in making sure I got the size, color, and options I wanted in a helmet for me and my wife. He also told me about the rewards program, which saved me even more money. Very excited and can't wait to be a more frequent customer. Will definitely be back!
Ordered front sprocket for 2020 950. Was nervous as I saw that duc changed part numbers but it fit and arrived only 2 days late.
Great service and merchandise. Freindly team members, very knowledgable about product and store layout!
Cycle Gear has continued to meet the needs of this motorcyclist.
The handlebars I ordered were excellent quality. The shipping time was very good and the price was the same as the competitors.
I went to a shop out of town because we are very limited in Moto store options where I live. I went in a couple of times to try on various gear and helmets. The employees were very helpful and super friendly. I didn't feel like they cared more about making sales than making sure I was a happy, educated and well protected rider. They helped me find how to get the helmet I wanted and also helped give me advice on multiple other items I had been looking into. Definitely keeping Cycle Gear as a top choice for shopping for moto items. I do wish they carried a little more options for female attire but I also understand there's a LOT less of us out there.
Received the helmet as expected. Shipping was quick. The folks at the Cherry Hill NJ store were great.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
