I love my helmet. I would have preferred a delivery drop method. The delivery driver left my package on the second step in front of my door, right in the line of sight from sidewalk and street. Porch pirates are real, theft is up and I requested for my package to be dropped on my back patio due to the prior stated reasons. I just believe an delivery drop option would be helpful for your customers

It took almost a week and a half to be delivered. The descriptiion should say in what way the product is blemished so you have time to buy whatever is needed.
I ordered some gloves, XL, and they are a bit small but hopefully will stretch a bit. The gloves seem well-made at this point.
It would be nice to have a edit option on the website so you don't have to go though customer service if you accidentally made a mistake like shipping to the wrong address you guys work so fast that after hour orders are usually processed before your customer service is open

I was shopping for waterproof MC sneakers & had previously returned 3 pairs I bought online through other retailers...all shoes were too narrow (even larger sizes) I went to Cycle Gear & they didn't have the waterproof sneakers I wanted but did have similar shoes that I was able to try...They fit...So we looked online & ordered the shoes I wanted...Great experience!

I purchased an HGC helmet online through Cycle Gear. It arrived quickly but it didn't fit. I called customer service and they told me I could exchange it on my local store to avoid shipping costs. I went to the cycle gear up from my house. They had a helmet not almost fit. They gave me advice on checking fit. After deciding that it didn't work they helped me exchange it and had a new one shipped out in 2 days.
As soon as i got to the store the order was ready! All i had to do was pay! They always look out for us, giving us affordable options.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
