Bought the Rukka Raptor jacket which was beautifully made but similar to the Revitt jackets the sleeves had the chimpanzee cut which put the zippers uncomfortably into the elbow fold. Had to return

I like going there. The employees are knowledgeable and not shy to tell you what they know, and very friendly. They have talked me through and explained either problems I've had or maintenance things I've had questions about.
My original helmet broke within a week of purchase which I assumed was as a factory defect, I took it in and they switched it for a new one!

I did have an order hiccup... when I thought I ordered the tires. It seemed like I didn't. Not sure if it were operator error or a glitch in the portal. When I thought I reordered, the address reverted back to my house (wanted to ship to store and have them mount the tires.) Turns out for the best. The tires were early and I mounted them myself.

I love my helmet. I would have preferred a delivery drop method. The delivery driver left my package on the second step in front of my door, right in the line of sight from sidewalk and street. Porch pirates are real, theft is up and I requested for my package to be dropped on my back patio due to the prior stated reasons. I just believe an delivery drop option would be helpful for your customers
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
