Custom Ink saved me this year! We always design a shirt for my AP Calculus class and I have them all hanging in my classroom. With the quick end of school and subsequent quarantine, it looked like shirts would not happen this year even though the kids all said they wanted them! I was so happy to find your site! Your customer service reps were very helpful as I was designing and then ordering the shirt and they arrived even before the expected date! I will recommend you to others!

This was terrific. The templates that you can plug your own text into are terrific. And then you can enlarge or make smaller the individual elements later in the process. Really terrific. The printing looks great and being able to print a one off is also great. The t-shirt was a bit on the cheap side, but I did pick the least expensive shirt. I did not really use the customer service as everything went along smoothly. I wold absolutely order shirts from Custom Ink again. And highly recommend it.
I've been using custom ink for over 13 years, and I haven't had an issue with them one time! I love the customer control they give as far as customer creativity. Other sites are slim to none when it comes to clip art. The ability for me to overlap" my art is a very essential reason I use their site!

Very impressed. This is my first year ordering shirts for my company, so I was a bit unsure about the whole process, and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was with these folks. Extremely nice, very quick and on point, and very good at figuring out exactly what it was we needed. It's hard to describe a shade of pink over the phone, but they actually nailed it perfectly on the first try. Outstanding! The staff is what makes the difference here. It's people working with people to overcome whatever issues or explain whatever is needed to get the best product you can. They do this better than anybody. Our experience each time we have ordered from custom ink has been fabulous. Our logo, the colors, and the shirt material itself all look fantastic.
This is such an easy website to navigate. Designing is so enjoyable and fun, and their templates are very useful! I do wish they were able to print artwork behind names and numbers, but the final result was still excellent!
My overall experience was lacking. I needed some additional items, but your selections did not meet my requirements. Also, it was a hassle getting the items purchased and shipped to me, because of all the hoops that need to be jumped through as a tax free organization. I felt like I was overwhelmed with emails advertising other items. I felt like customer service reps were a bit impatient with my questions. I ordered bags from another company at the same time and had them in my possession weeks earlier.
I really appreciate Custom Ink's commitment to contacting customers and helping them through every step, including double checking the design before it is printed. It is so nice to be able to talk to real people who can help you work through things to get the best possible result. I have ordered from Custom Ink multiple times and will certainly keep coming back with future projects.
I have done multiple orders from you all (personal and work) and have had a good experience every time. Your design lab area is very easy to use and the chat feature and getting questions answers is always quick with knowledgeable answers. For a few products you can be slightly more expensive but it is made up with customer service and ease of ordering, designing etc.
All around great experience. The team was responsive, and Jim had excellent suggestions about the types not shirts that would work best for the effort. The final product was really well-received by the people who will be wearing them during and after the show. And deliveries both showed up early.
