Website is very easy to use and design. I wish the products listed a rating of softness or thinness of shirt materials so I'm not guessing as much. But I like you have single shirt options instead of buying in bulk.

I feel like they used to have a good quality product. The ink faded pretty drastically after the very first wash. We haven't even worn our shirts yet and the black looks very gray. The blue is an entirely different blue than what we wanted. The sizing chart for women's is pretty far off. Some of us will be drowning in these shirts. Purely disappointed.

I doubt we will order again based upon the quality of the shirts. As a nonprofit every penny counts and this was a lot of money to spend on an inferior product. You could literally see through the shirts in the light even with them being a dark navy. They also run very small and yet there was a premium charge for XXL which runs like a L.

Overall experience was terrific. I made a mistake with choosing the font but Custom Ink allowed me to reorder at no cost. Not only that, Jessica, on your help line was extremely helpful and guided me through the font choices so I could get exactly what I wanted. Thank you!

Website and ability to design the shirt is fantastic- very user friendly. It allows you to get very creative. The actual product and the quality of shirt, however, was absolutely awful. I literally never leave a bad review for anything, but what I received was SO disappointing. Will not come back to make another order. "cotton" T-shirt felt worse than sandpaper

Maybe the best service ever on the internet. My daughter designed a shirt with some copyrighted images from Pintrest. Pate and Tabitha worked with us back and forth to help get cleared images and keep the spirit of her original design. She loved it, we are very happy. Thank you.

Beyond satisfied! Website was simple to navigate, was able to find exactly what I wanted, and best of all expedient time frame! I order a shirt for my wife from another company and 2 months later it was not even processed to be made. These guys had the shirt here in just two weeks! Super happy and will definitely be back!

After rejecting an order and 2 proofs for misalignment, I was nervous about getting this last order- but it came out correctly in proper alignment. I wish I could have dealt with 1 person all the way through. There were 2 or 3 different ones on the phone and a different one on email. I don't like having to explain my concerns each time. It wastes your time and mine.

Website user friendly and love ease of designing your own artwork. Disappointed with quality of tank top material. Have gotten other tops with much better quality-will use Custom Ink again and keep my fingers crossed.

I had an excellent experience with Custom Ink. My group loves their shirts. We plan to purchase products from Custom Ink again in the future. I just recommend better sizing guidance for different t-shirt manufacturers.

Quick turnaround, great print quality, not true sizing on t shirt selection all sizes were too small and cannot use purchased product. Threading on t shirts is coming apart and I just opened the package

I just received my original order which is almost two weeks late. I know this may not have been any fault of yours but maybe working closer with UPS might help in the future. When I reached out to your company about the delay a new order was immediately placed and shipped out, which got here in time for graduation. Thanks for your quick response in solving the problem.
