Custom Ink

I have used CI for various groups and projects at least 10 times, and have been beyond satisfied with each experience. The ease of use, clear communication, and rapid service make creating t-shirts a seamless endeavor.

Customer service was very quick to respond and the shirts were delivered almost a week ahead of schedule. We were also updated quite frequently with their status. I would definitely order again and recommend. Very happy!

My overall experience was great. The shirt quality is good. I like that custom ink has larger sizes because I purchased this for my husband and he likes his shirts to fix loose on him. The artwork is clear without any distortions.

From the beginning of the experience, requesting multiple quotes to narrow down what we wanted, to receiving them on such a short time-line, I was impressed with the helpfulness and consideration given my order. Wonderful job!

Amazing! Josie from customer service helped me and was so sweet and resourceful! My only complaint would be to keep the app up-to-date in terms of shipping (my order was "under review" until i received it, even though it had already shipped)

Overall, this was a very positive experience. It was easy to do and I think the shirts turned out nicely. My only "complaint", per say, would be cost, but it is custom t-shirts. Taking that into consideration, I'm pleased with the product and the service. Thank you!

I ordered three shirts as a surprise to my husband and sister for our RV trip during the 4th of July holiday. It was a risk, since I'd never ordered before, but the shirts met all expectations, including being delivered on time!

Very pleased. I should find out if you ever send samples before I order again, just to know how stuff shrinks after washing and drying. Nothing at fault with Custom Ink, its just different companies and fabrics and fitting differently between brands.

I love the t-shirts. Your review team did catch an issue where one of my logos would be significantly brighter than the other one and they were able to correct the matter before it went to print. Thank you for our shirts.

I have been using custom ink for many years, and the quality and variety does not disappoint. We when through two different masks with samples and constant follow up. If you are looking for anything with a logo this is your company

Loved the end result, sweatshirt is super soft and comfy to wear. Print looks great, it has survived it's first wash in with the laundry and no signs of deterioration. I wish CustomInk gave clearer directions on washing/care for the garment. Also wish you could order in smaller increments, we had to order six sweatshirts minimum (it was really for two people).

I just have to shout out the customer support team, especially Becky G., who was very helpful throughout the process. She even helped us track down contact info for the image we found online, and I got to write back and forth with the photographer and get permission and a high quality file. All of this was done without condescension and enthusiasm for our project. Thanks so much!
