We love our shirts - They look great! I especially appreciated the around the clock customer service that was friendly, and never seemed inconvenienced by my questions or changes to our order. We received everything quickly as promised. We will definitely use Custom Ink again!
I really enjoy using custom ink for our group designs and a few miscellaneous shirts, hats, etc here and there. Everything I order is mostly 100% correct. I've had an occasion where something was slightly wrong and nobody gave some suggestions, but when I would write to let them know something was slightly off. I got excellent service with the response back.
Great experience, loved it, I will be ordering from here, again! Just try to find a way to make the rough draft look more like the final product. Also mention they may need to size up. The XL doesn't fit like most others my FIL has. Thanks so much!

All great, thank you so much. Only thing I'd note is maybe working on a price per item vs. profit you can make type of slider or helpful hints tool. We want to purchase for fundraisers and sell at the highest price possible but purchase as "cheaply" as possible.
Perfect in every way! Love the fabric and screen printing. Was a little disappointed in no youth sizes for my order, but XS and S fit my little girls just fine. We also were pleased with the design offerings to help us get started on our shirt project.
Size, Fit & Design were great, shirt color was white, not Heather gray as ordered. Numbers were not all level. Aside from those 2 small issues everything else was 5/5* (why are you using a 7/7 scale?)

This was my first time not using a local screen printing shop. I found Custom Ink to be easy to use, they inquired about copyright of my logo, and the cost per shirt for my 25 shirt order was much more reasonable than other shops with high set up fees. Production was fast and quality looks good.
Custom Ink shirts are made with quality material and include high resolution detail for both text and images. Their customer service is outstanding. We received our order quickly and at a great price. We will definitely be back for orders in the future.
Only thing I might change is your packaging. I do appreciate that you know exactly what you're getting... but this can cause issues (vs generic packaging) there are some people who have house members/family members censoring clothing and customized purchases (many people make custom things to make a statement). And for those people, self expression is important and the packaging could prevent that creative process. There are many youths who hide clothes in their backpack that they don't want parents to see (gay kids with conservative parents etc).

Screen printing on their shirts is bright, clear and proven to hold up perfectly under tough working conditions with weekly machine washes. The customer service representatives I have talked with are very pleasant and helpful. I've tried other screen printers but from my experiences Custom Ink does the best work.

The design interface was generally effective and easy to use. It did get a bit annoying being asked every time if I wanted an email sent each time I did a price check after a design change. The system could be improved by making it much easier to check prices as changes are made, perhaps even having automatic updates somewhere on the screen. Also, it was limiting to not be able to mix unisex and women's cuts easily without being subjected to two sets of minimum order requirements and available colors. Having so few color options available for smaller orders for many styles was also a frustrating limitation.
