Great overall experience. My wife loved the shirt itself (sizing, color, material, etc.) but was over the top with excitement about having the names of all nine of our grandchildren on the back. The print was clear and spaced exactly as I had envisioned when it was designed. I will definitely order from Custom Ink again!

I actually cannot believe how quick the delivery was between Virginia to Central Victoria! This top was not available anywhere in Australia. I looked everywhere. There was no light pink crew sweater in stock anywhere here, which is exactly what my client wanted. So thankyou so much for the Express delivery. Your customer service was excellent. You really made me feel looked after. I will be ordering from you again!
Everyone involved int eh process from the caring person who took my call through the actual delivery of product. You all went what we have ever had to do in our 10 years of being your customer. The fact that with the state of the world you were able to ship reasonably X inexpensively to all of my staff wherever they were and they all receive their T-shirts on time for our first virtual event. I think you so much for continuing to be reliable and accountable and really super good!
Design process is very easy and proofs are sent in a timely manner. Love that there are many options to choose from in terms of what can be printed on! Results are high quality. The only thing that was not perfect was the fact that UPS could not fulfill the guaranteed shipping date due to an "emergency situation", but that does not affect my rating of Custom Ink overall. In general, 10/10 would recommend!
I believe your chat customer service is top of the line. The people are knowledgeable and ready to really help. If I had one comment it would be around the approval process. Specifically for our experience, we had a custom design and felt a bit disconnected in the communication at that point. We had made notes on the desired effect and seems they got lost or not understood and so the back and forwards were a bit machine-like and could've used some more of a human touch or guidance. All in all, we are extremely happy with the result.
The idea of a custom t-shirt originated after my Dad's successful open heart surgery as a way to cheer him up and let him know we were cheering him on during his recovery. It was easy to pick and choose to create a design and there were so many color options. The shirts turned out great and the whole family LOVES them. Especially my Dad! My first order. Was able to order single shirt which is what I needed. Web interface worked well. Received number of confirmation emails and was asked to call and discuss details. Conversation over the phone was very pleasant and my order was progressed right away. I selected b&w photo on black tee and even though the print has 90 degree corners, it blends well. The outline is noticeable slightly after wash/dry but for my own photo being put on a tee, the result is great! I requested standard shipping and received package about two weeks earlier than what was promised. Well done and thank you!
The first time I ordered through Custom Ink, which was years ago, the product did not come to me as I designed it. Custom Ink gave me a voucher for the slight miss print. Even then I could tell the quality of their work and knew I would reuse them in the future. This go round they knocked it out of the park, nail on the head, got my artwork printed perfectly on shirts that fit as described. 10 out of 10 will be using again.
Beside the order being late, and otherwise not as promised, the first time the shirt was washed on normal setting the logo party came off. I have nothing good to say about my experience.

Custom ink went above my expectations! They were very quick to respond to emails and questions. They also assisted in adding Russian font to designs by simple email request. The print jobs came out exactly as I had made them and looked great. Overall I would say the experience was one of the best from a larger company and I have already recommended them to friends and family.
I had some issues with the design and my school approving it but Custom Ink was there ready to assist me and worked very quickly! Also whenever I called them the wait was not even 10 seconds like if you call some other companies
The experience was easy and the shirt came out great. The printing is really nice and doesn't seem like it'll crack from stretching or washing. I just wish there were a few more options in the type of shirts provided. Tanks would be nice.
We have had my husband's work shirts printed by Custom Ink for years. He drew his own logo and hasn't found another company who prints the logo the way he likes it. I just wish they offered coupon codes, because the shirts get expensive!
I designed a summer camp shirt for my grandson, hoping we can visit together and do activities before summer ends or self-isolation is behind us. It turned out so cute and looks professionally designed.
