The entire process was easy! The attention to detail within the online app for my custom print was awesome, and even better, a quality control person followed up to be sure that the date on my design was correct. I was reordering a shirt that we created in 2018 for my husband's cross country bicycle ride. Because the date said 2018, one of the CustomInk Quality Control guys contacted me by phone and email to be sure it was correct. I LOVE that type of attention to detail and was appreciative of being contacted. Great process from beginning to end. Not my first order with CustomInk, and it certainly won't be my last!

I'm very pleased with Custom Ink. The overall experience was something I thought I was going to dread, but it was nothing like that. When you design your shirt with them you can save as many changes as you need, and the design doesn't disappear or start over, you can pick up editing your design when you decide to get back to editing. The editing process was so very easy they have a lot of fonts, clip art, and other editing tools you can use. I would highly recommend Custom Ink to anyone that wants to take hold of their creativity and design your own shirt. It was all a very easy process to handle. Ohhhh and if I had a problem, there was a chat with customer service function available too. Came in very handy. So I would recommend Custom Ink to anyone that wants to design their own shirt. I'm a small business owner and I LOVE T-shirts. I've been trying to crack the code for years of providing quality products at affordable prices. There are less expensive printers out there, but the quality is often lacking. I'm very particular about quality and what I provide fans and customers. If it has my name on it, I have to approve the quality. Custom Ink provides high quality printing and great customer service. Of course that level of quality and care comes at a price. Over the last 4 years I have not made money on the shirts I've printed using Custom Ink. If your goal is making money, you may want to look elsewhere. I look at it as advertising. I've tried doing single color prints, and I've tried to open up online advance pre-orders so I could order the maximum number of shirts at one time (if you order more at once, then the cost per shirt drops) in the hopes of saving money. As a comic book creator, shirts can be difficult to move. It's hard to know how many of which sizes you need at any given time. And I can't afford to have them all stocked all the time, because I don't know which ones will sell and when. Sometimes they sell, and sometimes they don't. Every Comic Con and Festival is different. I can't tell you how many times at a Comic Con someone has come to my table and wanted a shirt, but I didn't have it in their size, or in the color they wanted. In an ideal business world, you should charge at least 3 times what it cost you to make your product. Why? Because 1, you make back the money you already spent. 2) so you can reinvest in more of that product. And 3) so you can actually grow your business. If you only charge twice as much you'll just keep replenishing stock and not grow. I did that cycle for years (they don't teach you this stuff in art school). The design lab is super fun and easy to use, and you'll definitely get a quality print back in a relatively short amount of time. For small orders or special occasions this is fun, but it might not be a viable business move for you.
