I am always leary about ordering something like this online from a company I don't know. But this experience was absolutely top notch... simple website and planning, huge variety of choices, easy ordering, affordable prices, and super quick production and shipping. I'm so impressed and will be back for more business!

Quality of the shirt was great but the image I put on the back of the shirt which I wanted on the most upper portion available was placed right in the middle of the back. Extremely awkward looking!
I was uncomfortable with the designing tools on the website, and contacted the company. I was given phone numbers to directly contact helpers, and the person I dealt with was super knowledgable about the product, pricing, and design possibilities. He helped me get exactly what I needed for our seniors at an affordable price, which I wasn't expecting. I ordered two products, one came on schedule, the other came ahead of schedule. I wouldn't hesitate to use Custom Ink again, and will recommend it to others.
As always, Custom Ink delivered! As a teacher of 6th grade students (in our school they move to middle school in 7th grade) our team was upset that we couldn't have the usual send-off for our students. We were able to quickly and easily create a custom-looking design for special graduation gift shirts for our students. We all love the quality and feel of the shirts, the design process is easy to navigate, and I'm sure our students will proudly wear their gifts!
The problem is that I uploaded a PNG with print areas intentionally left blank. The artist changed it to another format so that the blank areas were converted to the black color of the mask. This is NOT what I wanted at all and ruined my design. The masks are now unusable. I was NOT notified that these would be heat transfer. Previous orders have always been screen printed. Another issue is that the masks themselves are flimsy and tear very easily. The holes for the ears are just cut with scissors on very thin material. Very crude and not up to the standards of Custom Ink at all.
Overall from my first contact with the company to receiving the product, I was very pleased with the service. I even called to get more information on the company, to check you out on the Better Business Bureau. The person I spoke to was very patient and helpful. I received a quick call back from Ben, after the order was placed online, to verify my order and to send me a sample mask. The sample arrived less then 24 hours from the time I spoke to Ben. The order arrived on time. I will recommend Customink.com to everyone, I will definitely order from them again.

I first though the fabric looked flimsy but after wearing this mask for a week we're saving a boatload of money and the logos aren't washing off yet. More comfortable and stylish and just as economical as throwaway masks. Thanks.
