Overall it was a great experience they were helpful and made sure i liked the product. It was a bit overwhelming the amount of contacts that had to occur to get it done. But each contact was helpful and friendly.

Amazing! Josie from customer service helped me and was so sweet and resourceful! My only complaint would be to keep the app up-to-date in terms of shipping (my order was "under review" until i received it, even though it had already shipped)

The person who took my call was great. She lives in Reno is all I can remember. I needed some design help and she took care of it right away! Thanks everyone I'll be back

Designing our shirts was fun and easy. The website makes it easy to be creative: lots of preloaded image options and lots of flexibility in placement and design. The order arrived earlier than I anticipated and the shirts look really good. Our Hanes Youth Tagless T-shirts ran a little small to size, but otherwise the quality is excellent. We had a great experience with Custom Ink.

Custom Ink gave us a great opportunity for personalized sweatshirt for a event. Our sweatshirts arrived before guaranteed date.

1st order from Custom Ink was "Right On". Tried to order from "Someone" else where I'd ordered the same product before. Website didn't work and no one would answer the phone (maybe due to covid-19 issues?). Felt sorry for them, but I had to order new shirts so went with Custom Ink. Very Happy with the product, it's better than the last, cost a little more, but definitely a better product.

Customer service was superb. Would definitely use this company again. Much prefer these to the iron on self-made shirts we did before. They cost us a bit more than if we'd done them ourselves, but was worth it is many ways.

Website user friendly and love ease of designing your own artwork. Disappointed with quality of tank top material. Have gotten other tops with much better quality-will use Custom Ink again and keep my fingers crossed.
