Overall experience with Custom Ink was fabulous. I was not on my computer when I placed my order. Customer service rep was patient while I went back and forth on my phone to upload my logo, confirm design and make payment. Great experience.

The color I wanted on the back of the shirts wasn't available. A representative called and told me about the issue and we were able to get another color and the shirts were a day earlier than expected. Can't wait to order more. Custom ink has my business for life!

T-shirt material was not as expected (felt thick, yet low quality). T-shirt color was MUCH lighter than expected and the artwork did not stand out as much as the online design depicted it. The print quality was excellent! Fit was as expected. Production and shipping were incredibly fast!

Well if you help redo this entire order, I will be happy and consider still using you. If not, I will certainly never return. This was a new order for me as we wanted to look at using a different vender for our bigger orders. We order over 3k worth of swag shirts each year. So far you all dropped kicked this order pretty horribly.
