I luv Custom Ink! The timeliness of response once you submit an order is great. I wish there was a way for me to have customers shop and order shirts directly from my personal website. Other than that, keep up the good work!

Overall the experience has been good but the quality of the shirt material is not meeting our expectations. The quality of material from the first order is noticeably better.

I had no problem ordering and dealing with the website or the follow up call with CUSTOM INK. The staff was familiar with my the source of my quote and even got a kick out of the concept of the shirt. Very friendly company.

I love the customer service I received from Custom Ink. Every time I would call they were happy, personable, and very willing to change any aspect of my order without hesitation. They even helped provide ideas for me about what I was hoping the end result would look like! By FAR my favorite online ordering service EVER.

The website is user friendly. Uploading artwork and sizing it onto the product is easy. Placing my order was easy as well and I appreciate free shipping to APO. The print is clean as well. My only issue was that the product was the wrong color and the packaging was very poor. The towels I had ordered through you guys were much more nicely packed, and the product was the correct color.

Very disappointing iron ons. I should have paid more attention to what I was buying.

Experience was great. The weight of the tee is perfect as I wanted one that was slightly on the heavier side. The order was completed, mailed and received much faster than I anticipated during these difficult times. I will certainly use Custom Ink again.

Lacey was great to work with! We needed to place a last minute order, and she took care of everything - making several changes to the proof to get exactly the way we wanted. I was very happy with the quick response times and how easy she made the proccess.

Experience was great! It did take multiple proofs to get my image exactly the way I wanted it though. That's because I had an image of something that was embroidered so the art team had a difficult time make that into a digital file. After all the proofs, the artwork turned out great and I am very pleased with my custom gear.
