User friendly both on mobile device or computer, the visual Preview is exact to the Item received

I am very pleased with my shirt and the service. I would definitely like to make more custom products with this company.

One frustrating item was that orders I deleted prior to submission were still sent. I am not sure if we then had to pay for those shirts. On my end, I printed the list after I deleted, but the one sent with the order still had them included.

Greatly appreciated the customer service and the speedy delivery. I had to change the t-shirt sizes after already placing the order and I emailed the customer service email, they fixed the sizes ASAP and were willing to make any other changes I needed. The design lab does a great job of showing exactly what the shirts will look like!

Overall the service was great and the T-Shirts came really quick. The online site was really good and easy to use.

Unfortunately, I mailed it direct. It was a gift for my "other Mom" and my friend, her daughter, liked it sooo much she wanted to keep it for herself although the message on the shirt was clearly not for her. My friend is very brand and quality conscience. She loved the color of the shirt and design. It was better than me seeing it for myself. The shirt was a wow!

The quality of the T shirt is not what I was looking for. It is too heavy a cotton and I thought it was a v neck style. (The design looks good, I just do not like the shirt itself.)

Great - easy, positive, and fast! Will order future things needing printed from Custom Ink.

I was very impressed with Custom Ink. They have a very user friendly website to create your own design on clothing. I had never designed a t-shirt before but was easily able to apply my grandson's doodle to a colored t-shirt which highlighted his design. My grandson was very happy with the Carolina Blue t-shirt which displayed his artwork so well!

Great! Custom Ink checked in with me on my design before printing it and it shipped so fast! Love my frosted customized cups!

My only complaint is that when searching for color options for no minimum, the search is a little misleading. It does pull up all the options for no minimum, but also for options that require a minimum. I would have preferred to get my design on a different color hoodie, but even though I found it searching through the no minimum options, but it was actually for 6+ orders.

Perfect. The site made the message look bigger. But it came out small
