This is my first experience with Custom Ink. My husband and I were extremely pleased with every step of the process. We found the website to be user-friendly. We found the customer service to be very helpful when we had questions. After I submitted my project, the team improved upon it before they submitted it to me for inspection. They checked with me several times before it went for print. The final product was exactly what we hoped it would be. The quality of the product met our expectations. And we are very pleased. I look forward to creating more products with Custom Ink again and sharing this experience with my colleagues.
We received 3 - 3XL shirts and 4 - 2XL shirst that had the seam falling apart at the neck. This is the first time we have had an issue with the quality. Is there a possibility to get those replaced?

I highly recommend Custom Ink. I ordered 6 shirts and the next day they were being shipped. I got them within a few days and the shirts were everything I thought they'd be and more. They look exactly like how I designed it. The shirt is thick and feels like a comfort colors shirt which is what I wanted I didn't want anything very thin. They all fit everyone perfectly! I'm so impressed and will order from them again no doubt!
