This was my third time ordering company shirts from CustomInk -- Highly recommend! Customer service was very responsive and helpful when I had an issue with the logo file I used. The shirts are PERFECT and high quality, and arrived so fast!

Having budgetting as a department unavailable was quite difficult to cope with. We had a lot of back and forth for a month due to this: my customer rep. Would need to contact that department, but they would be closed or I would need to be put on hold for 20 minutes waiting for my rep to get into contact with a person from that department. I had a chance to speak to a supervisor, who needed to place me on hold and then e-mail/ call me back to figure out why my package was delayed. Those in the Customer Service / the representatives I spoke to were kind, considerate- if it were not for them [ Lindsey, Camry &Stephen.] I would have cancelled my order.
Great customer service and very quick with delivering the shirts.
I purchased a large order from Printful and after 2 weeks realized it wouldst be fulfilled until after my event. I scrambled and ordered from Custom Ink. The cost was a bit more but the delivery was fast, response was fast and I cant be happier. Very impressed.

Ordering the correct sizes was made easy by the size charts with photos of people wearing the shirts.
Was very impressed with the shirts... however, one of the shirts has a small hole about the size of a pencil eraser on the back side. I have tried to call but its not easy... would appreciate and email from someone
