All the interactions were great through the design and ordering process; all until the shipment arrived with the far reduced size of art work. Someone needs to give an explanation.
All great. One suggestion, just toss in the stickers rather than attach as often time there is no knife handy when handing them out at an event, and you can easily pull a hole in the shirt when pulling it off.
Size, Fit & Design were great, shirt color was white, not Heather gray as ordered. Numbers were not all level. Aside from those 2 small issues everything else was 5/5* (why are you using a 7/7 scale?)

I like the softness and simplicity of the white face masks. They will tye dye well and are easily washed.
Loved how easy it was to upload our design & choose colors. Our design did need some tweaking for the kids sizes- but the rep that I worked with was so friendly & helpful - we were able to get it fixed without any issues!

Their team was helpful not only making sure the design was exactly how we wanted - they also were knowledgeable and helped us make the best choice when it came to choosing the style. There was a little bit of miscommunication on the sizing of the design - but it was quickly resolved and we were able to get it exactly how we waned it! We really appreciated having the proof sent to us each time a change was made so that we could make sure it turned out exactly how we wanted! Staff was super friendly and helpful! Really appreciate that you sent a sample of the black mask, as the material was lighter and thinner than expected. We ended up ordering both styles, due to some of our staff hate wearing masks and we felt they might prefer the thinner ones. We are very satisfied with the end result and option to let our staff choose which style they prefer. Emily was outstanding to work with. So impressed with her weekend availability, as we business owners often put in weekend hours. Thank you!
