Was disappointed that the jacket matching the dress had arms that were extremely small in circumference. Unfortunately unable to wear the jacket and not enough seam allowance to enlarge. Love the dress.

Google showed a coupon code on the listing of the item I found, but it didn't work during checkout.
The sweater itself was soft, warm and very pretty.
I ordered two items and I only received one. So far I have only received 2 emails from customer service after I contacted them. Their responses are not quick and in the last email they told me to check with my local USPS for the issue, as it was my responsibility. Terrible customer service, and the order took over two weeks to arrive. I do not recommend this company at all, you might lose money and time.

I received my order last Friday, March 8th and I ordered my size, size large but neither item fits as they are way too small. They must be an 8 or 10. I am also not pleased with the products as they are poor quality. I wrote the company and they said I could return it but gave me no address to mail it to. They offered me $21 to keep it. What? Why would I want to keep something that does not fit and of poor quality? I would never recommend your company to anyone! Please send me a return address as I do not want something that is not in reality my size. They are marked L but they are not USA Large! This is not a false review, I am telling the truth. I cannot use these items and I would like my money returned.

The dress I ordered had a zipper that would not unzip; so I could try it on. Your company did not have free return. I had to pay to return and don't have a refund yet. I would not order from your company again.
Received top ordered but immediately noticed 2 marks which put me off because they looked like bird poop to me but were actually part of the pattern. Had I seen this in a shop I would have chosen the same shirt but made sure that the particular shirt did not have those marks on them. I looked and relooked at all the photos over varying sites but could not detect those two marks on any of the shirts photographed. Requested refund and despite a couple of to & froes the situation was remedied. The company was pleasant and considerate to deal with and appreciated my opinion.
My clothes were too big. I wanted to return them and get my money back. I received 2 emails asking that I keep the clothes and get a partial refund. Each had an increasing amount to money to give back. I declined. Then the return was cumbersome and had many directions that I had to follow or I would not get any money back. I ended up pasting the whole thing onto the return. This took several hours spent on a return. I will not shop with you again.

I ordered two dresses on February 27th. Did not receive an update on delivery. I had to email your company. Was told one of the dresses was on back order. Wondered why you didn't send the one you had in stock. As of March 20th still haven't received my order.
I only gave then a one star rating because there wasn't a zero star option! PLEASE DO NOT waste your time ordering from this clothing site unless you enjoy giving your money away. As of today, it has been 22 days since I placed my order with Curvedream and I have yet to receive my order or any correspondence what so ever from them. Of courses my payment was processed the day after I placed my order, but I haven't heard anything from them since. Please steer clear of this website. This was a costly and very disappointing experience. 💩😡

Placed my order and finally got a notification of shipment along with a tracking number, but it couldn't be traced because the number wasn't in the system. When I asked where it was the second time, I got the same information and the same tracking number that can't be traced. It's been 20 days since I ordered and I still don't know where my order us.

The product was NOTHING like it was described, was poor quality and over priced. Postage was expensive despite the item coming from NSW and there is no simple or obvious way of making a complaint or organising a return. WORST online shopping experience I've had (and I shop Online a LOT).

I had a difficult and unpleasant experience trying to return a blouse. I understand that I need to pay for a return shipping, but when I say that I want to return my order, the response should be, here is the address. In fact, the address for returning items should be included when the package is shipped. Instead, I have to wait for a reply to my email, and the reply was "describe exactly why you want to return this item" and then after more waiting, I get a negotiation: "How about we send you a $9 refund of your $40 purchase instead of you returning it?" I found it all very shady and it just doesn't feel like a legitimate business.
After two weeks of waiting for my package I finally contacted CurveDream on my own and was told it was out of stock. Why wasn't I informed of this? I ordered again online and because it said it was in stock. Once again, after waiting a week or two I contacted CurveDream and again was told it was out of stock. There is also no phone number to reach the company so it all must be done by email. The company is terrible and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
