The dress I ordered was too large and customer service responded very quickly and were very helpful. They applied the credit within 2 days of my desire to get a discount.
Ordered larger size than usual but still way too small. No darts in top. No where did it state that you had to get permission to return merchandise or that you had to pay for return. They told me I had one week to return by US Mail. Offered $59 and me keep. Said no. Then offered $95. I had spent almost $200. Cost $25 to return but better than losing half of my money.
I bought the same 4 items on 3/5/25 in size M and Size L as this was the first time I ordered from CurveDream. I paid for the fastest shipping and it still took a long time to get my package...until 3/17/25. The items were as pictured and I decided to keep the M sizes as this was the correct size. I immediately emailed CurveDream and asked for a RMA# and return address so I can send back the L sizes. The response I got from them was you can keep the wrong sized items for a $30 credit if you like. I emailed customer service back saying that I specifically asked the customer service team to refund my credit card and provide me with a RMA # and return address. I originally emailed them on 3/17, again on 3/18, again on 3/19 and 3/24/25...still NOTHING from them as of 3/25/25. The original package I received came from China but the website does not provide a return address and states to email them to get a return address however when you email them to try to return items they do not respond if you are asking for a refund which is a fraudulent business practice as their website says that you can return items. I hope that I will receive a response from their team soon. I am contacting my credit card to report this business since at this point I have no other choice. It is a shame for them to operate in this manner.

My order didn't get here in time although I ordered plenty of time in advance. I tried to find out how to return it, but the website that they gave didn't exist. I will never buy from them again. Also, the dress was of poor quality.
I was excited to see the beautiful clothes on this site, and ordered 10 items. None of them fit per my usual size/measurements and the fabrics felt like tissue paper rather than linen. I have yet to receive return instructions and am concerned that I may eat the cost of these clothes.
I could see through the fabric it was so thin. And I mean both layers at the same time. Looks nothing like the picture. I am sure they saw this shirt somewhere else, used their photo, and tried to recreate it. The size isn't even close to 3x. The sewing... a 10yr old could sew better. I don't want to give this company any more of my time, so I won't say more.
I ordered a dress on March 4. Have not received the dress nor any communication from them when I send emails to see why it has not arrived. I'm very disappointed. It was for my second grandchild's baby shower and it's in a few days. Very bad experience!
After receiving the item, I was totally dissatisfied with the dress. It was at least 2 sizes smaller than the listed size. In addition, the quality was poor. My biggest complaint is that I have reached out repeatedly to return the item. They will not give an address, and it clearly states do not return to item shipping address. I was even offered a $13.00 credit for an item that I cannot use. I was told that the return shipping costs will be paid by me and yet they still will not give me the return address. WORST COMPANY EVER! My next move is to blast them on social media!
Terrible experience. I do not recommend to anyone. Quality of previous purchases is low (jacked up seams, poor fit). Subsequent orders completely ignored. Charged, supposed to get in no more than 10 days. A month later, after a chat attempt at support, no attention, then email, no attention. Had to call my Credit card company to make it right (dispute).
Dress was BEAUTIFUL and I received MANY Compliments! Nice material, VERY Classy and pretty 🥰 HOWEVER, I ordered early March, paid extra for expedited delivery and it took 3 weeks! Customer service is lousy. IF, and that's a big if, they return the extra money I was charged for this service that didn't pan out, I'd highly recommend them. Just don't order if you need something quickly.

I made a large order with this company on 3/4/25. The charge was posted to my credit card on 3/6/25. I have not heard anything from this company as to when I can expect my order. I have already paid for the merchandise almost 2 weeks ago. When can I expect contact from this company on the status of my order? Poor service. I don't think I will be ordering from this company again.
I ordered 2 shirts. 1 a medium that was too small. 1 a large that was too big. Material on both shirts was very poor quality. I tried to return items, but they don't give you that option. They offered me $14 refund, I settled for $20 (less than 1/2 price of 1 shirt). But I didn't have to pay to return items. They did refund me $20 a few weeks after the emails.

There is no phone number or live chat--only e-mail. So far, not totally impressed with customer service aspect of this company. Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
