The items I ordered did not fit well and the return process was very difficult. Even after several requests, they basically refused to allow me to return them for a refund. They kept offering a partial refund (less than 50%) if I would just keep the items. This was of no use to me since I could not wear them. However, I finally gave up in frustration and agreed to the partial refund. I plan to donate the unusable items to a local women's shelter. I will never order from this company again.

Sizing off

The dress I ordered looked nothing like it did online. Not being able to send the shirt I purchased back for a different size and return the dress without having to pay a shipping cost was just an inconvenience!
