The return process is proving to be very difficult. I had to email them to let them know I needed to return the item and wait several days to get a response. The response offered 2 options to coax me into not returning the items. I chose to return the item, however, I had to email them again to get the return instructions which still had not been provided. It has now been over a week with no response. This is ridiculous. I will now buy from this company again.

Horrible product- they deceive you with pictures and it's not the actual quality, they advertise 30 day returns, but then make it very difficult to return. You go back and forth for days and then they approve and tell you it has to be sent back within 7 days and the return policy on their website is 30 days. Beware if their scams!

Clothing material, colors, style were right on. Sizing is off, shoulders, chest, arms, back are too small as well as length of sleeves. When you order a larger size the lower body gets bigger, upper body still too small. CurveDream needs to join Amazon Prime... then the shipping issues and returns would be fixed. My order took 45 days to receive and cost me $20.00 to return $110.00 with of merchandise.
The customer service is horrible! I placed the order and waited and waited for an email on the shipment. I checked my credit card and sure enough, the money was taken out, but no info on the order at all. I contacted them, and was informed that the merchandise was 'out of stock' but that the other items would be processed. Ok, fine. Now I get a link asking me to rate the experience, but I still have not received the merchandise. And still my credit card has not been refunded. An absolute sh*tshow!

The dress is not worth $35 nor the $20 for expedited shipping that I paid. I didn't have it in time for the wedding I wanted it for. It took at least 6 days when it was supposed to be 2-3 days. The advertisement was misleading as the dress looked fancier than it really was. I was looking for a dress to wear to a wedding and it was not appropriate at all for a wedding. I emailed customer service in the 2-3 day window of delivery and didn't get a response for several days. And… you say you have 24/7 customer service. Hmmm!

Size was WAY off, I usually get sz med, however ordered large and they were very small and not as pictured online. I think you sent the wrong style. I ordered the loose fitting cuffed shorts, I think they were out of stock so you sent these instead.

Trying to contact curve was my nightmare. 1st item didn't fit.replaced with 2nd item didn't fit. I take responsibility for that. Packages does not come with content/detail of order OR anything. Returning anything is convoluted so I will keep my items and chalk it up to a bad experience.

It was no problem ordering, but it did take some time to get here. The issue was when I was returning i items. Though your ad states 30 days until return, I returned asap. When I requested an authorization number, I was first given an option to keep the items, though they don't fit, and receive 30% money return. When I didn't want that you offered a 50% return and keep the items. When I stated I didn't want that I just wanted my money back, I was finally given an authorization number. I still had to be sure that you had a tracking number, and that the products must be received within 7 days of receiving your email or there would be no refund. I've never seen an online company with such a difficult return policy.

Its ok, your clothes are made for tall thin women, its hard to find anything for short fat people.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
