I do like the garments, and the price was right for me. The products ran small, and the material needs more care than wash, dry and wear. Drying needs to be flat, not machine or the garments will shrink. Ok if you know it before you throw them in the dryer.

I bought these pants thinking they would be thicker in material. It's like wearing two thin pillows cases with the legs cut out. With shipping I paid $35 for some Shein crap. I could have gone on Amazon for half the price. When the pants are rolled up, they are not white like the pictures. I had to contact customer service because I hadn't heard anything from my order in a while and they did contact me pretty quick.

The dress I bought did not fit well even thought it was the same size as the other items of clothing I got.
I ordered 3 items, two fit fine and one was extremely tight! Trying to exchange it for a bigger size but I am being asked to pay at least 1/2 the cost of the item for an exchange which seems unreasonable to me. The exvhange policy should be better explained upfront to customers!

The email you sent so I could track my purchase did not work. The tracking continuously stated the package had not been released by the sender. This resulted in me disputing the claim. This is costing your company money and time and should be brought to the attention of management. This also resulted in a frustrated customer as I had to keep checking the status of the purchase and then had to dispute the claim and then withdraw the dispute when the package arrived late. I have withdrawn the dispute online with Citicard.

I purchased 2 dresses with hope that one would work for a summer wedding attendee.
The dresses arrived too late for the wedding. I wouldhavekeptthem but both were too big
And way way long. Your return policy is unfortunate. It would have cost me $30 to return so i opted to keep the dresses and take the loss of 50%. I will be donating them to a charity since I don't know anyone that can use them.
My experience is extremely unsatisfactory. I ordered a shirt and received two emails with different numbers. Thinking that the order was placed twice i asked to have one order cancelled. I was contacted to say there was only one order number but that the item was no longer available. Then I received another email asking if I still wanted my order. Very confusing. Then to top it off, I was charged on my visa and have never been sent my item. Please fix ASAP
