They have no customer service phone number. They take days to respond to the only email provided to contact them. 4 messages back and forth and they have yet to provide a return address and the offer to reimburse you less then 1/3 of the cost of the item because they are located in china.dance yourself the frustration and don't deal with them.

I have been promised a partial compensation refund (as this company said they would do) on the 5th of april it's the 7th with no refund still. I feel I was scammed and sent mostly cheaply made clothing which nothing fit. I lost 123.00$ and ended up giving to my mothers caregivers for her to give to needy people in her community. I guess not all lost... I took over two weeks to receive and was very disappointed when I received them! I will be only buying from a well known source...Do not be suckered the pictures you see of the models and clothing are deceiving and nothing like what you get!
