The 4 dresses I purchased were unsuitable, so I returned them to the address provided to me by Curvedream. I returned them by UPS and submitted the tracking number. It was delivered to them, and they didn't acknowledge it and continued to send e-mails as to options I have with the order... These were sent AFTER they received the return from UPS! How inefficient can they be? I must check up to see whether the refund has been opsted yet to my dredit card.

I ordered three items from CurveDream on May 9,2025. I received a message from CD advising that the dress in the order was out of stock and CD is not sure when it will be available. I elected to cancel the entire order. They apologized for taking so long to let me know. That's fine. My concern is that the dress is still showing in inventory for sale, so I don't have any way of knowing if it is available or not. I still would like to order it. I have contacted CD regarding this, but no one has offered to let me know when it is back in stock. Simple solution CD, remove it from inventory until it is back in stock. Then your customer will know. Thank you.

It's always a risk ordering from a new company, but CurveDreams is, well, a dream. I have ordered two pairs of bermudas and a pair of capris. They are both good quality. I am 5'2,135 lb. Medium fits perfectly. Delivery is fast.
The photos of the clothes do NOT match what you get! IF you get what you order. (I didn't)
Then trying to get your money back is a challenge in its self. They tried to say we only had 7 day turn around to return the clothes when the site clearly states 30 days. Trying to force us to take their offer of $50 & keep their crappy home made clothes. They had cost $137 never worn.
My fault for not reading the reviews before buying.

It took longer than usual to receive these items. The fabric is a low quality polyester. It almost feels like plastic. I ordered 3 items in XL because I like my clothes loose in the summer. The label indicates XL but they were so tight I could barely try them on. These clothes don't look anything like the photos online. I will never order from this company again.

My order arrived 2 weeks after I ordered it... even though I paid for expedited shipping. The dresses came a week after the wedding... but okay as they did not fit...& the fabric was not at all what I expected. I am waiting on a response for a shipping label to ship the dresses back & get my money back. So... we will see how that goes as the company is in another country... ships to the US & then another label goes on the package to your home. I will not order again as I would have better luck going to a "real store" or ordering from an American Store.

I ordered the purple Floral print V neck short sleeve dress with what looks like an elevated rope like flower on top of the dress. Beautiful in pic. Nothing like pic. What I got is a stamped (cheap) fabric, probably made in China, dress. Is the most hideous looking dress! The sizes are China sizes, too small. I bought this for my daughter's wedding. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! OH I ordered the fastest shipping to get it early. It was over 14days!

Half of my order didn't get to me before I left on vacation. My expedited shipping fee was refunded. The clothes were waiting for me when I got home. They are beautiful…wish I had them on my trip. Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
