I ordered item on 1/14 for a gift, sent to a different address. The tracking indicated it went towards wrong address, maybe min, and then was sent back to warehouse on 1/26. I have sent to emails asking where item is, still requesting it be sent to correct address. No response since.
And then I get this. Unbelievable!
You sent 2 jackets! I ordered one! They are too small! I have tried to contact you to return them! You say I can't return them to the address that says they were sent from in California!
I have asked for a return label! You never answer me on that!
So far I think you are a scam and unless I can get these returned and get my refund, I will let others know you are a scam too!
Item had no sequins whereas the picture on line made it appear to be sparkly and have sequins. Was only a printed design on fabric. Will be returning.

I sent 6 or 7 emails requesting Curve Dream provide me with their return address so I could make a single return. They will not respond. The 30 day window for returns is nearing and still no return address is provided. On 1-9-25 it will be the end of the 30 day window. Do you think they are waiting...dah!
The photo does not represent the actual product. The photo shows a top that is embroidered but what is really on the blouse is just printed.

Had a tricky return on jeans that didn't fit properly. It was handled really well, offered alternatives to make it easy for me.
Ordered some clothes for an upcoming vacation and have never received my order. I even paid expedited shipping charges. I have sent several emails requesting a cancel and refund and received no response. I am very disappointed and angry that I'm getting no response and lost $188+.

I ordered this top. I received something completely different. Please ship correct item immediately.
Do not order from this scam, portraying themselves as a buisness. I ordered a so called woolen jacket at $50. It came as a craft felt like, cheapo fabric with the buttons just barely hanging on. They don't offer a customer service # & do not respond to email. After 3 attempts at email, someone responded, but was a very strange worded email, that again, gave no instructions for return. No return address, no return label, nothing. Total scam. I have my credit card company working on it. They need to be reported to the BBB.

I am trying to return a dress that didn't fit and is poor quality. I finally got a response saying if I returned it I would have to pay shipping or they offered me $12 to keep it. I stated that I wanted to return it, but they won't send me the address to return it to. Way too much trouble and expense…won't order from Curvedream again!
Awful. I placed an order 2/23 and it is still processing 3/18 even though the note says be patient processing takes three days.

The product was lovely but the fit was off as I am a Petite and I needed to have some professional filling done.
Two of the items were not even close to what I ordered. Very disappointed. I guess you can't believe the photos.

I ordered some clothes from them. When I received my ordered the clothes did not look as advertised. When I tried to ask for a refund and return them I got a reply back trying to get me to keep the clothes and offered me a minimal amount of money instead of returning what I paid. They I got ghosted. The email account was no longer operational. I tried to get through 3 times. Finally I stopped payments. I then did some research, should have done that first, and found out other people have gotten the same thing done to them. DON'T ofer from them.

Ordered 3 items, none fit me, difficult to reach CurveDreams. Once I did they stalled and offered more than once to just keep the 3 nonfitting items at a reduced price. They finally caved and it's cost me $21+ to return. Won't do business with them again.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
