The shopping experience is quick, I can use PayPal, I ordered a sweater a size larger, but didn't need to really, still a nice sweater to wear.
The only thing right were that they responded when I contacted them via email, and their sizes fit as expected. The merch was not, for the most part, anything like the pictures and not the quality expected for the price. $25usd for most items. The shipping took 27 days and they don't email with starus of shipment and updates. You have to go to their website for their very basic updates, frustrating. Photos attached show 1-what was expected 2-what I got, not the same at all, straight pants in a cheaper fabric with the lace detail on only one leg! 3-what I expected, tapered linen pants. What I got were straight pants in a cheaper fabric. Will never order from them again.
I ordered these items in July 6 and received them on July 26.
I needed part of the order for a work meeting on July 19. That was a bit disappointing.
I was super excited to find these items online, and ordered them quickly(June 30th). However, two weeks later (July 14th) nothing had shipped, so I requested a refund, which they responded they could give me.
As of today, July 27th, I have not received the funds. So, I'm out $136.98 at this point.
As when I tried it in, it was too big. Now I have to go and find a seamstress to alter it.

Super customer service department helped me with adjusting the cost and ordering a new pair, the correct size.
They post pictures of beautiful clothing supposedly made from cotton or linen...then they send you an inferior product. That feels and smells rubbery...not well constructed... very thin fabric...the quality is not worth the price...I don't understand why they are still in business...then when you request a refund label...first they stall offering 1/4 the price you paid refunded and to keep clothes...when I said no...they stalled again offering $10 more and keep clothes...they stalled 3x...then when I had only 10 days to return...they told me the products must be returned to them in 7 days...the items were received by an individual at the company in 5 days...and yet they only refunded me half of what I paid...on top of I had to pay $11 for return shipping...their should have been no problem with returned clothes...as I never took them out of their original pkgs...I opened one touch the fabric...felt like plastic not linen and they smelled like oil...this company is based in China...and is a scam...I threatened to turn them in to BBB...and every other social sites I was on...needless to say...the next day all my money was refunded...tip...use PayPal to pay for items...they keep great records...and can reverse a purchase if you feel you are a victim of frauds...I have no photos as I never opened them...I am just warning people to beware of this site...
