My complaint is that I have not received this order at all. My issue with your company! Is as follows: you didn't acknowledge my order and start the process immediately, I had to contact you what was going on with it. Then I was advised that you couldn't supply certain items, in fact it was the main item I wanted which was showing in stock when I placed the order

This business is not what it seems. The item I bought needed to be returned which would have cost me a significant amount. My emails to customer services originally bounced back to me but were then, a few days later, answered. When answered I was offered the option to keep the item and also offered a small sum of money as compensation. This aroused my suspicions. Trust pilot reviews repeatedly describe this same tactic and many reviews also state that there is often no compensation given once items are returned

They are willing to go out of there way to make you happy. This is how I would run My Buisness and I am happy to see them do this as well. Thankyou Curvedream

I ordered 3 sweaters on 12/31/23. I waited for my order to arrive. On 1/11/24, I contacted the company re: my order. They made a label. I waited. Then I was told that I would receive 2 of the 3 sweaters, but it was unclear which two I would receive. One was a gift for my daughter's birthday on 1/24, which is tomorrow. I still haven't received my order or an updated status on it.

Now I have 2 dresses I can't wear. I ordered a 2x was snug in the bust, reordered a 3x it's tighter than the 2x. Ugh!

Shopping easy, just submitted order which for free shipping can take up to 20 days, I didnt know of the ETA when shopping.

Got order within a week!

The price was great (the birthday girl thinks I paid at least double). The quality was perfect. The sizing was right on. I'm very happy with my gift and plan to order another one for myself!

Items were not true to size. You get a complete runaround when trying to return items. Don't do it! Do not use this company!

Didn't think it would be so bright, even though I like emerald coloured Tees.

Very easy and a I'll do it again. I don't like shopping so having it made simpler made it enjoyable

So pleased with this top that I got a few months ago so ordered 2 more.

The jeans fit perfectly everywhere except the waist! Much too small!
