I placed an order 1/7/24 and did not receive any correspondence until 1/27/24 that an item I ordered was out of stock. Which I feel is a long time to transpire,.

Very unhappy with my purchase. This is not the type of dress for my figure. It appeared it flows down from a gather in the front. It does not. The fabric feels rough as well.

Sizing and material of clothing not as described or how it looks on site.

It is very difficult to make a return. It's too complicated to return the item I do not want.

Hard to do business with this company, order was not user friendly.

Website easy to use but misleading. Claimed to be.com.au but actually based in US. No exchage allowed, refunds impossible to get as postage back to US too expensive leaving customer out of pocket

I waited a long time for the sweater to arrive. I was getting ready to check with the seller as to why it was taking so long.

It took hardly any time at all for delivery. Quality overall good. Packaged well.

I was to get free shipping because of the amount I bought and was charged for shipping. Was supposed to arrive within 6-12 Business days and when that time came and went I emailed. That is where I got told part of my order was not there and they would ship without it. Well after the 6-12 days stated. The jeans did not fit asked for a return address got asked to keep them for a six dollar refund. Asked for a return address again and got an offer of 11.00 to keep them. I took the offer and will give the jeans away and never order from them again.

Great items for the price, some items better quality than others, but for what you paid for them I would stay in most cases worth it. Returns ok, a little inconvenient, but not horrible. We will see if I get a timely refund, don't know yet

Tried to return several items within the 30 day limit and requested return labels. I never received the needed labels. My emails showing my concerns were never addressed in any way. Zero communication from company.I would appreciate the company reviewing my concerns and working with me to return several items.

Look for material composition, both items I ordered were a poor material.

I prefer to buy cash on delivery.There is a problem with refunds.

Shirt and socks were delivered on time and undamaged

Company is Dishonest and misrepresents products. I will not order from this company again.
