Still have not received the product ordered quite some time ago. I did receive something that I didn't order that is in a size that I can't wear, so I returned it. The original order has yet to come.
It was easy to shop online, package came within a week.
I was very satisfied with the materiel and cut of the dress..
Dress was not as pictured; ordered my size but it was much too small. Fabric was cheap.
Bad experience. I will not shop with this site again.
The item I ordered was cheaply made and didn't fit. There was no return information so I will be donating this item to my local Thrift Store.

I need to return it but can't see how I can
There was no receipt in the bag or address for return
I ordered 2 different sizes for a dress on Feb.6th. I was charged for both and as of today (March 2,2025), have not received either, I would appreciate an explanation as to why this has occured.

Items looked good in pictures, but of cheap quality. Several turned out to be out-of-stock with nothing to replace. Difficulty in returning and refunding. Ended up with $35 out of over $50 of my money refunded and items I cannot use and had to replace elsewhere.

For the price, I wasn't expecting much but the fit is off even in the pull on style pants and the tops are large in the shoulders. I kept one pair of the pants but want to return the rest and can't find a return button on my order page.
I bought 2 separate items and they were both very cheaply made. The jacket I bought has no lining or structure. It has 2 button holes on either side of it but no buttons. It serves absolutely no purpose. The lounge set I purchased is so big I ordered a large and should have gotten a small. Way too big. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM CurveDream's again!

Received order promptly. Needed a smaller size so I emailed and someone responded promptly to walk me through the exchange process.
The dress in the catalog and the dress I received didn't appear to be the same, tho I think it was a correct order. The order took weeks to arrive and I'd expected it might not arrive. I will not order from CurveDream again.
The dresses I ordered were not true to size and did not fit. The return policy is 30 days but I can't get a return address to ship them back. The service center us slow to respond. I think they are taking their time so the 30 days is up. To make it worse I have to pay the shipping cost and the return shipping. I do not recomend this company. I will not order from them again!
The dress was too long. The material too flimsy. I returned it and had to pay my own shipping fee. Not satisfied. Will not try this website again.

After ordering, I never received further communication about the order, shipping or the product being out of stock until sitejabber sent an email asking if I had received the order. After sending an email to the address provided, Dreamcurve got in touch with me about the order.

I have been trying to return two dress and all they want to give me was $21.00 and with shipping I spent close to $80.00. Than I asked for a shipping Address and what information is needed for in the package. I never got a response and I kept emailing them. Then someone responded and than offered me $35.00 and they finally gave me the shipping address and what information is needed inside the package. I asked them if they would give me $70.00 and I would keep the dresses and as if this posting I have not heard anything. I did end up ordering the same dress but in a bigger size.

I placed my order on February 10th. It is now March 6 and I still don't have my order but my charge account was charged on February 10. I will NEVER order from CurveDream again! This isn't service, it's ridiculous.
I tried this company,I saw the ad on Google. Such pretty clothes. I ordered 2 things, and they are lovely. They even fit! I will be ordering more for sure! Give them a try!
3 of the 4 items I ordered 4 weeks ago I just found out are out of stock. Maybe their site needs some updating so we know if an item we are ordering is available or not. Not a great experience so far.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
