The shirt I ordered arrived on time and is a quality product. However, the material was different (not worse, just different) than I expected. When I wrote about returning it for a refund, I learned that I would have to package and pay for shipping, or they'd give me a partial refund to keep the item. Given what I would pay in shipping along with the hassle, I took the partial refund. But I would not have made the initial purchase had I realized how much money I would lose. So, I won't be purchasing with them again.
I ordered the multi-colored jacket in Size Small. The jacket is very pretty however it was way too large for my body frame. I am 5'7", 130 pounds.
I received no contact after attempting to return items regarding where to send them. I enclosed all that was required for returned items on several occasions hoping you would respond. I began requesting address soon after i received my first order as all were too small but one item. White short sleeved shirt. I would like to talk to someone or get an address to return with full refund
I ordered the items on January 26 but it was not received until February 14. However the sweaters are beautiful and well worth the wait

I chose this outfit for a very special occasion and worried that it would not look like the picture or get here on time. It all worked out very well. I love the colors and there is time to spare.

The dress I received wasn't anything like the pictured one online. I thought it was a joke! Do not order from this company! The return process is unbelievable too!

I received the items I ordered, however it took a very long time to get them
I ordered 2 items in January, and after 2 weeks, got no tracking information on the order.
So I e-mailed customer service for an update, and they did not respond for three days.
I e-mailed them again and said this was unacceptable, and finally got a response the next day,
Which said one of my ordered items was out of stock, and did I want to order something else.
By this time, I was fed up with the poor organization of this company, and said "please just cancel my entire order for the two items, and refund my money". Then I received an email stating I would be refunded by the next billing cycle.

Shipping was 12 days out it has been 20 days and no merchandise. I received a satisfaction survey asking how my experience was and if I haven't received anything to send an email and wait another 24-48 hours response.
My last order took forever to ship and nothing fit properly. I am hoping the sizes this time are more accurate, that is if I receive my order at all. If I am not satisfied with this order I will not be shopping with this site again.

I was told it would be 10-14 days for delivery. Five weeks later I was told it shipped. It never came. When I answered their email, I found out it was not available. I canceled the order, I think. I am waiting for a reply.

Poor materials, and poor quality of sewing. Pictures looked much better than actual items. Like the antler earrings.
The clothes did not fit. It states it's for Curvy Women and it's the same old Chinese clothes for flat uncurvy women. I returned the clothes and had to pay for the return fees.
The dress was not true to size in the bust. Customer service has been helpful, I'm gonna return the dress, if I get my refund, then the service was good.

Easy to navigate site. Hoping the sizing conversion chart is true to size as it differs from the measurement chart.
I received one item after about two weeks, two more items ten days later and the fourth item was back ordered, I canceled that item. Also the fabric on two pair of shorts seems very cheap. Probably will not order again!

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
