It took a very long time to receive my order and when it came the pants were too small so I want to return them
Customer service is not very good or helpful. The clothing I received was very cheesy not at all the way it appeared online. Also had an issue with receiving my order cause the address was wrong and they're handling of the issue was terrible.
All three dresses were not sized correctly. One of them the zipper was not sewn straight. Another hung on me to big. They were just an overall disappointment.
Only 2 of the 3 items I paid for ever arrived, and these took weeks to arrive, and one of the items does not look like the picture did when I ordered it. B
I ordered two sets of two items from CurveDream. The first two items, one came and the other didn't. I eventually contacted CurveDream only to discover that the item was out of stock and they weren't sure when it was going to be back in stock. While they refunded me for it, I continued to see advertisements for it. The second set, I received one item, didn't like it and wanted to send it back. They said I would have to pay for the return myself or they could refund my money. That is in process. The second item in that batch was also out of stock. They offered a refund. Why shop there when they don't have things I want? It's a total scam.

Was hoping for an 'ice blue' colour (very light) as in picture but more bright sky blue. Also photo looks as if the dress is of a lighter weight material and lined.
The quality was poor and they sent me the wrong items in one of the orders. I just want to see if i can receive a refund on some of them. Thank you!
I purchased a Christmas themed sweater which in the photo looked nice and oversized. I ordered a size large and what I received was like a child's size large!
Shame on you folks. I tried to return an item and you offered me a coupon for another purchase. I have tried twice to order another dress and was charged full price.

The pictures of the clothes are very pretty. The clothes themselves don't match the pictures. I ordered white pants that looked like cotton blend fabric embroidered with butterflies. I received weird polyester pants with dyed butterflies stamped on the fabric. Some items were not available. I'm supposed to be receiving two more items tomorrow. If they are dyed polyester I will be returning them too.
Wish I could give it no stars. The sweater is not what was advertised. Extremely boxy with no shape whatsoever. Once you order there appears to be no way to return for a refund. They offer you very minimal compensation to just let it go. If you email asking for instructions for a return they never respond to your request but instead ask if you received the item and then ask you to fill out a survey.

My first purchase was confusing. I kept receiving FaceBook notes that I left something in my basket. Except for the description of my dress, it was difficult to find you. I purchased from Azzlee.
I was led to believe I had not completed my dress purchase. So I ordered again. NEVER received an email confirmation, estimated date of sending until I found and made a request for when it would arrive. I got an email that day or the next, I might not have opened on same day if it was late.
I had 2 dresses. The same dress and want to send one back. I emailed for info on how to do this last week, and I still have not heard how to return the dress.
This is inferior customer service in my book. I wonder if I WILL HEAR anything back on return.

Product was received quickly and in good condition. It was packaged well and the opal came in a box. The opal is beautiful and the quality is what I wanted. I was hoping to wear the clothing for a trip. Waited 2 weeks didn't hear or receive anything. So I began looking for a phone number could not find any way to get co phone number. Tried reaching out to find out when my packages were sent. It was then that I found out 2 of items were out of stock. No where on website did it say items were low or out of stock. The dress I ordered was very disappointing. I usually wear a small but ordered a medium. I could even get it on it was so small. Returns are difficult but they are possible. Once they received my item in good condition they did immediately refund my money.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
