The pants were great - fit right, material good quality cotton. The bathing suit was too small although I ordered my correct size (according to other suit makers). The red sweater was not as advertised. Small crew neck instead of deep V - it barely fit for over my head in an XL size. Will return.
Package never arrived. Tracking. Number didn't exist. Post office couldn't find it. Assumed it was returned to China probably. It ruined my Christmas for my family. Very sad & sick to my stomach. Please help find my pkg. Or refund my money!

I ordered a dress and it didn't fit. I wanted to return it. It took me two weeks to contact somebody to get an address to send it back to. Then I'm giving an address with no packing slip and no way to track the orderI sent it back and I still have not received credit for it. I will never buy anything from you again And I will tell everybody that I know not to do so either. Now I have to have a dispute with my credit card to get my money back because you will not give it to me.

I waited 3 weeks for the jacket I ordered and it was way too small. I cwas very careful to read their sizing chart before I placed my order. I asked if I could return the jacket or exchange it for a larger size and I got an email saying that I had to pay for shipping it back to get a refund. Nothing about exchanging it. I don't think that I should have to pay to ship back a product that was not as described.

After weeks of trying to return 2 of 3 sub-par items from this establishment (using this term loosely) I finally received an address to return the items to. Note: they make you pay for the return. So their advertisement of "easy returns" is totally false. I highly do not recommend anyone purchasing from this place

Ordering and communication was good. The fabric and design elements were poor quality. If you are large chested, it will not fit. You have to jump through several hoops in order to make returns. I have not completed the process, and have never had to send pictures of my orders as this company requires. I don't know if this business is legitimate.
I asked to return the item and was offered $10 or $17 instead of returning it. Why would I waste $45.00 to get back $17?
I had to go through a lot to return this item and will not do business with this company again.
The quality is awful—you can clearly see bad seams and loose threads everywhere. The return policy is terrible; they always offer compensation (less than what you paid, of course) and expect you to keep the items because they don't want them back. If you don't accept the compensation and try to return the items, they make the process extremely difficult. The photos for the items on the web site are not the same.

Ordering was easy enough. However, upon receipt the coat was of poor quality, difficult return process, instead, I'm donating.

Order took longer than expected to arrive. It was a 'sweatshirt' without fleece & fit like spandex even though I ordered a 2X & normally wear a 1X. I gave it to a skinny friend.

Sizing is much smaller than normal US and getting return information was not easy. But, they carry really cute things, just choose sizes carefully to avoid returns.

I tried on my dress the day it arrived. It had a broken zipper and was WAY too small. I wear a S or M and ordered a M. I immediately wrote telling them this asking for the shipping address and return label especially since I received a damaged item. They are offering less than 1/2 what I paid for it as a refund OR make it extremely difficult to return for a refund.
What they sent me:

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
