I tried 3x to get the address to return clothing. Got the run around finally had to dispute the charges with credit card before I got a reply from company. Clothes are very poor quality also

After reading some reviews I was a bit worried- but I ordered two pair of pants I wanted. The fabric, quailty of sewing and the fit was really good and the price was very reasonable.
I ordered a dress with a light jacket in large. The jacket came in small and the dress did not look like the picture I ordered from and it is inferior quality. The dress is not acceptable for the function I purchased it for and the jacket is too small. I have contacted the company and after answering a multitude of questions and sending pictures of tags, bags, the dress and jacket they offered a $14 refund! Initially, the response was fairly quick, but now it has been three days and nothing. This company knows exactly what they are doing - ripping off it's Americans! Do not give them any business! I totally regret this purchase.

Recently I ordered two items on order #******* a twi piece outfit (pants and top) Lime green with floral top. I also ordered a blouse, stripe blue with long sleeves. The pants and top were delivered but I have never received the blouse. I am not sur if it was out of stock or just not included in my original order. I was never notified of any change in my order. Still haven't received my full order. I'm still waiting. If I receive the order entirety I'll leave my reviews otherwise I am still waiting for my orders. Very slow delivery for being ordered on the 21st about 3 weeks of being delivered.
I ordered 3 items which reportedly would take 3 weeks to arrive. When the 3 weeks transpired, I inquired about the delay. Two days later they said one of the items was out of stock. I should have been told earlier so I could make a choice earlier. The items they were prepared to substitute were not acceptable. They finally agreed to refund the cost of the items.
I do not believe I should have initiated the inquiry. I cannot understand why they did not notify me earlier

The product I received seemed as though the print had been printed so many times it's just faded. The fabric was not comfortable at all. I returned my order on 30 October and have yet to get my refund. Won't order from this company again.

The sizing of XL was more like a small 16. I bought 3 items and they were very poorly sewn and not as nice as they looked online.

Dresses too large and not great material attempted to send back took 3 inquiries and only got 1/2 money back will not be ordering again
The jacket I ordered did not fit and the material was nothing like the description.
The return process was so complicated that at first I thought I was being scammed.
I would suggest another company.

I wish you provided more detail of your clothes. I cannot determine the length of tops by the photos. Other than that everything is good.
I ordered a dress for a wedding, and wasn't informed it was backordered until 3-4 weeks of waiting. It would not be in time for the wedding, so I canceled order. Order never came, and I as yet have not received a refund. I also ordered 3 other items, and they came 4 weeks later but did not quite fit; their clothes run small. It was difficult trying to return them, and in the end, I opted to receive a small monetary compensation instead of the hassle of returning items (shipping isn't free) and wonder if I'll ever get that.
I bought the same 4 items on 3/5/25 in size M and Size L as this was the first time I ordered from CurveDream. I paid for the fastest shipping and it still took a long time to get my package...until 3/17/25. The items were as pictured and I decided to keep the M sizes as this was the correct size. I immediately emailed CurveDream and asked for a RMA# and return address so I can send back the L sizes. The response I got from them was you can keep the wrong sized items for a $30 credit if you like. I emailed customer service back saying that I specifically asked the customer service team to refund my credit card and provide me with a RMA # and return address. I originally emailed them on 3/17, again on 3/18, again on 3/19 and 3/24/25...still NOTHING from them as of 3/25/25. The original package I received came from China but the website does not provide a return address and states to email them to get a return address however when you email them to try to return items they do not respond if you are asking for a refund which is a fraudulent business practice as their website says that you can return items. I hope that I will receive a response from their team soon. I am contacting my credit card to report this business since at this point I have no other choice. It is a shame for them to operate in this manner.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
