I needed to return the order. It was hard to get any information out of the company on proper procedure. After 4 emails, they finally gave an address to return jeans.
The sweater was too big, and a major hassle to get return instructions. I do a lot of online shopping and have never had such a difficult time with a return that I still DO NOT have my credit of$48.00 even though they received it 10 days ago. Watch out doing business with this place.
Ordering went fine. Order didn't arrive as stated. Sent an email, the told me it hadn't been shipped because 1 dress was not available. Ordered a replacement dress. Took way too long to finally get items. Very disappointed did not fit, everything runs much smaller (1 to 2 sizes) than stated in size chart.
Waist too small, was offered $6 credit. Do I want to risk it again on another purchase to spend the credit?

The three dresses I bought from curvedream were cheaply made and of cheap material, but two of them fit and with slight alterations I made them work. The third dress was much too big and I didn't like the fit. When I reached out to customer experience to return the item, I was argued with and asked what about the item I didn't like. When I replied and said the fit wasn't for me, I was given a list of precise instructions on how to return to item, including footing the bill, and was told that if everything wasn't done to their instructions, I would not get a return. I followed thier instructions and waited, but two days after the item arrived I hadn't received a refund or any correspondence. I reached out again and a few days later was told ok, since there were no problems, I would be issued a refund in 3-15 days. Two days after that, I received my refund. The bottom line is- make sure whatever you order fits, because the return process is not a garrentee.
I requested a refund on 4 items that were too small. It's going on almost 2 weeks of requesting the address to send my items back. My last email from the service dept. gave me 2 options: They can offer me $18 and keep the clothing to avoid the hassle of sending them back, or request a full refund. I opted for a full refund. The 4 items I was sending back were around $70 and why would I keep the items after I told them the reason I was sending them back was because they were too small?
I sent another email asking them to send the address where I can send the items back. No response.
I suspect I'm getting ripped off, a return shouldn't be this time consuming and hard.
I will give them a few more days to respond, but if they don't I will be filing a complaint with BBB.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
