Product is from China and very bad quality. Website is beautiful but the product is terrible. One blouse was really rough and felt like paper with painted daisys on it. Stiff.
Dress sent with the sleeves not finished in the wrong size.

Return policy is very frustrating. It's at your expense. So many better options with free return policies such as Amazon and stitch fix. I also prefer to skip online where stores are within driving for returns

Returns are at the consumer's cost. Return address is not what is on the label and correspondence failed to provide the address when first contacted. Instead a small credit is offered to avoid the process. I accepted the$6 credit because returning a $23 item would cost to ship back and be very inconvenient.
I, in good faith, ordered this sweatshirt thinking I could return and get refunded if it didn't work and it was two sizes too big. Others are complaining of the same issue. This company gives you no means of contact or return or refund! Terrible and fraudulent!
I did not receive a sweatshirt, it was a long sleeve t-shirt. It was close enough so I kept it. I followed the washing instructions and the moon (which was an iron-on decal) washed off. Now I have a plain, black t-shirt. I will not purchase from this company again.

Nice light denim. Measurements aren't accurate. I'm sure I ordered according to my size which is size 10, received a medium and couldn't even pull them past my hips. No pictures of the back of them and I don't like the wash but couldn't see that on the website.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
