Nice product but if your in a hurry this is not for you. Took 28 days for delivery when it arrived the cardigan is as pictured just a little smaller than normal for the size.
Delivery issues their co just dropped item on public sidewalk never got item poor description of product it was not a sweater I paid for but a cotton shirt with no button customer service was terrible handling this problem I would never recommend this company BBB should shut them down stole 45,00 dollars from me
Took 3-1/2 weeks but received order and timely refund for out of stock item. Quick response to e-mails. Out of stock should be noted on item so it isn't ordered.

My dress did not look at all like the picture and I needed to return it. It was a big hassle and one of the most difficult, inconvenient returns. Now, hopefully I will get my credit back on my visa card.
Took several weeks to receive my items. The top was perfect. Fits perfectly. True to size. Great over black capris. The sundress was ok. I'll probably wear it this summer but The material was not the best quality.
My entire order was canceled due to 1 item being unavailable. Makes me suspicious of credit card phishing not at all happy.
The clothing I ordered in usual my size is far too small. The materials used are stiff and scratchy. Would like a refund.

They never shipped my purchase and I no response after several emails to customer service. Had my credit card company refund me.

I love the jacket. I plan to wear it with a long black dress at my grandson's wedding
I inadvertently purchased 2 jackets. I requested your protocol for the return of the extra jacket. Emails followed with conflicting messages regarding how and if I will receive a refund.
Meanwhile I am holding on to the unopened package containing the jacket because I was sufficiently confused.
I love the jacket. Returning it is the problem

I love this pant. Looks very nice on me. My husband loved and told me to buy more colors if they have.
The sizing is not accurate or consistent from dress to dress. I purchased three dresses, all the same size. One never arrived and I was refunded for that dress. The other two did not fit. I suspected they might run small, and I ordered one size larger than I expected to wear. I emailed for information on returning my items. They took a little bit to answer and then bartered with you concerning the price that is refunded, in hopes you will keep what you purchased. The refund they offered the first time, to keep my purchases, was not acceptable. They rejected my counteroffer and made another offer a bit higher than the first. It took several emails before I received the mailing address to return the items. I was concerned there may be a chance that if I attempted to return the dresses, they would be rejected as returns. It was mentioned that if the item had been worn (which I did try it on, but that was all), they could reject it. If the item wasn't returned with all the tags, it could be rejected, if the packaging was damaged, the items could be rejected. There were no tags other than the size tag on any of the dresses. Also, you had to mail the package to them within 7 days of the email, pay for tracking, and email them the tracking number or the return may be rejected. So I opted to keep my returns, which left me with two dresses I couldn't wear for $39.24. Maybe I was overly concerned about my return. I thought perhaps they were an overseas company, but they are located in NJ. I hope to sell the dresses. Overall, I am satisfied with the result, but not satisfied with the whole process. I think they can improve on their return process.
Half the order came and the quality/size is so off. The crotch hangs down to my knees. Waiting to return if once the rest of my order maybe arrives. I will have to pay the postage for returns on poor quality goods

They provide no way of communicating with them other than email, and then they take 3 days to reply. No phone #, no live chat. Horrible. I filled out their form to return 2 items. They replied but will not give me the address for returns. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Never again! If I could give a ZERO star, I would.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
