The dress is sewn in two pieces, right above the knee. I bought this for Xmas party but much too light for Ohio winters. I may rework this dress in the spring making it a long tunic by taking off the sewn in piece, or at least hem it to knee length. I really wanted to send it back but after declining $12.00 to keep it the dress I was offered $20.00 to keep the dress. I kept it, and they refunded me $20.00.

Ordered merchandise and never received
Tried texting email etc with no response.
Cute clothes were ordered and money was deducted from my account.
No response from them and it's been over a month
I received my dress in a timely fashion.
The problem I have is I need to return it because it to small. I wrote to them to get approval to return my dress around two weeks around and then again about a week ago and have not gotten any response from them.
The "product details" of the dress I bought described its material as "cotton." But when I received the garment, I was disappointed to find it is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The return procedure is complex; one has to email Curve Dream, provide an order number, wait for authorization to send back the item, and pay for return shipping. I wrote the proper customer service email address, but they have not yet answered. I like many of Curve Dream's styles, but this has not been a pleasant experience.
Two pretty pink dress photos are of the dress I ordered - the other photos are of what I was actually received! More than a scam/ actually illegal! DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A YTHING FROM CURVE DREAM. ITIS A NIGHTMARE & not a dream!💭

Clothing not correct size
I normally wear 1x to 2x.
The 1x were way to small and 2x were two big.
They did not fit or look like the pictures

Xmas gift ordered before Thanksgiving. Order conformation stated 6-10 days for delivery. 24 days later I was sent an email saying the item was out of stock. To late for reorder and receive for Xmas. Canceled order.

Order placed Feb 12. Not notified that several items were on back order, the others were not shipped. Still do not have any of the pieces I need for my trip on the 13th. Very upset. They did credit me for the backorder pieces that I canceled, but still, they didn't contact me for this until I contacted them.

I purchased a dress, online Jan 28,2025. CurveDream has admitted sending the wrong size, which I had to pay shipping on. I needed the dress for an event that has passed. CurveDream won't send me a return slip for their mistake. Nor will they give me a full refund. In addition, if I want a refund for what I paid for the dress, which was the wrong size, I have to send the item back at my expense. I would be out $20.00 total for shipping, which I think is wrong since it was their mistake. The correspondence started February 11. Three different people responding to my e mails. No phone or address provided.

1. Unsure what the issue was with the card I wanted to use for this purchase. No real info given as to why. Came to discover it was being charged to a company in France.
2. I was disappointed with the items and both need to be returned.
3. The sweater shown appeared to be a nice, supple cable knit. The one I received was a medium size but it was too large, and basically a block of 100% polyester knit. Not comfortable to wear.
4. The jumpsuit was the size I ordered but it must have been for a short person, as the body length was way too short. The shoulders of the jumpsuit barely came up to my breasts. That being said, it was nicely made.
5. The company doesn't offer a customer service telephone number or email address for returns. I will follow up with the *******@curvedream.com for assistance.
I ordered an outfit on 2/1. I was supposed to receive an email when shipped. I have received nothing! No email, no merchandise, no good communication! But, of course, my money was taken for my order. I NEED that outfit as soon as possible!

Out of the four items, only two were delivered, and those were delivered too late. Third one is out of stock. No mention about the fourth one yet and it's been six weeks. Customer service is horrible, Lord of emailing back-and-forth with no resolution, still have not sent me a return address for the two oil fitting items.
I ordered two items for an upcoming vacation with standard delivery. It took the full 12 business days to arrive. Apparently, the sizes run small and the items did not fit, even close. They advertise 30 day easy returns. I was instructed to email for the special return merchandise address. I did but did bot hear back for two days and then there was no return address provided. I was asked to keep the items for a partial refund. I could not accept them and asked again for the return address. Instead of my preferred exchange, I ordered again and paid for fast shipping. Again, the 2XL were too small

I thought I purchased a white pair of pants with flowers all over them but instead I was sent a white pair of pants with a few flowers on the bottom!
I also thought I bought a kimono that was all glittering but instead I was sent a multicolored one. It didn't glitter at all.

I ordered two dresses. One came, but was much longer than it appeared in the picture. The other never arrived. It took two different emails to the company to be able to get the address to send my return to. I had to pay for the postage both ways. I lost money for trying to purchase items from CurveDream, and in the end, didn't end up with anything I could wear.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
