I was sent an email january 26th inquiring if I had driver my order or not. To wait 24-48 hours to respond. I mailed back the response that I had not received my purchase. When can I expect my order?
Shopping online was very easy. My overall experience was pleasant. As a first time shopper, I was uneasy because I felt the limited communication and updates regarding my order was somewhat concerning. However, once contacting the support team, I was comfortable with our conversations. The support person was very supportive, professional and I received my order about I think four days later. I thank the entire staff.
I have been Trying to either get a return label or the return address to return
One of the 2 dresses i ordered. One does not fit right. Please help ASAP
This company took forever to deliver the item. The item was cheaply made and not of the material they advertised. Enlisted help of a technician and it cost a dollar to even talk to someone about a return. So I just chalked it up to a learning experience and am absorbing the loss. I'm never buying anything from China again let alone this company, curved dream.

None of the items fitted and trying to return them was a nightmare….kept offering a 50% refund to keep them! What was the point they didn't fit! Trying to get a return address took several emails and then they had to go back to the USA….will be interesting to see if I ever get the refund…..
What was I expecting? The colors were off, the sizes were weird - there are not even any tags in the items with fabric, washing or brand name info. No info on how to return the items. But the prices were good...

I made an order and nothing came. 3 weeks later an email asking if I got my order. Now 2 items out of stock. I ordered dress for my son's wedding, needing time to try on and send back (at my cost) if doesn't fit. Ow if doesn't fit I wouldn't trust to reorder. Takes too long. We will see quality! Haven't gotten it yet

Really liked the item ordered. However, delivery was very bad. Took far longer than expected. It would have been nice if I had known beforehand that it would take a month for delivery.
I ordered a dress over a month ago. Still haven't heard a thing. I emailed them asking where was my dress? I have heard nothing yet. I will never buy anything again from this place.
I ordered a shirt that was not my size. Instead of them returning the shirt for me they offered me to keep it and donated and they gave me $13 back on my order. I wanted a larger size but the one on in stock. I will check back in the spring. Very happy for their offer.
I wanted to return 2 items of my purchase due to size issues, the process was very simple and the refund made immediately upon their receipt of the items.
I have shipped the dress back because it did not even come close to meeting expectations. The colors were not even the same as in the pictures and the quality was terrible. I paid for expedited shipping and it took forever to get to me and then I had to pay again to ship it back.

I've been sent requests to rate the items and followed the information on how to contact them if I hadn't recieved them. No reply to my request for information then. Today I get another "Customer Satisfaction Survey" but I still haven't gotten the items or information on when they may arrive. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering here! They have a terrible reputation!
I ordered a dress based on the photo and written descriptions. What I got was not even close! The dress was very pretty in the picture and the actual dress looked like granny's nightgown from the 60's. I'm hoping to get a return label for full refund. If I don't I will report this as a scam site.

I would recommend this sweater. It took longer than I wanted to receive it but it was worth the wait. They were very concerned about if I received my item which I greatly appreciated.
Not at all like the picture. The material was not of good quality or even half way decent to wear out in public. Was not as drapey and flowy like the picture. Very disappointed.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
