I have not received the order. I have communicated with no response from CurveDream. Order was placed a month ago with no resolution.
Top was described as rayon. It was polyester.
It was an unshapely badly designed piece.
I just got rid of it.
I only received half of my order so I contacted the customer help email. I explained that I only received my dress and the shirt did not arrive. They told me to contact my post office. I did and they did not have it. I am now expected to do the footwork for finding a package that I paid to get delivered. I will not order from this site again and will advise others of the chances they are taking.
Sorry, but I'm a short, curvy person and your clothing is obviously best suited for the models on your website. Would not recommend to anyone who is not built like a fashion model.
I ordered a red sequin jacket I received a rather ugly orange jacket Not a sequin in sight They are impossible to deal with They do not reply to emails I want to send the ugly orange jacket back They have not sent me a postage paid label after numerous requests I will not pay postage, probably to China, for an item I did not order I should have read their reviews before I ordered I had to get my credit card company involved

On my other order, I filled in a different billing address, but the order showed the address to be identical to the recipient's one.
Never received a shipping notice with tracking number. A gift order never arrived because it was out of stock and I had to inquire a month later. On my order, only 2 of 4 pants I paid for were shipped. No notice of the other 2. Fabric content says 100% cotton but it is shiny and feels synthetic and is very wrinkly when hand washed. Cotton pants in today's world shouldn't need HAND WASHING! No mention of this in catalog or else I wouldn't have ordered it.
The clothes are a little cheap looking. I was pleased with thier return policy. It took a little time to return the clothes, but they gave me the return address I had to send it back to. However, I did keep a couple of outfits. Some looked cheaper than others though. Still satisfied with the price I paid.
Poor return policy and communication. I gave up trying to understand the different options as I just wanted my money bak. The dress did not fit and I will just have to absorb the loss.

I may order from curve dream again but I realize since I am not able to try it on that it may not meet my overall expectations. I am glad I went with the larger size.
Almost a month ago I ordered three blouses from their website and on day 1 they charged my credit card. I have not received the items so I emailed them according to your reminder. They finally responded to tell me that all the items are out of stock. I cancelled the order and am awaiting a refund. I will not be shopping with this company again. Kathryn Mays

This order was placed on 12/06/24. I received an email on 12/24/24 stating my order had shipped. I tried tracking the order and all I got was an error message. Then I received an email wanting to know how my delivery was and if I hadn't received my package to allow another 24 to 48 hours for delivery. At this point I am past the 48 hour wait period and still no package.

It is so hard to return something if it does not fit. Trying to get a return address took 3 emails, each trying to talk me out of returning it at all! The return address does not go to a company named CurveDreams. It goes to an individual in NJ. Who knows if I will get a refund? After you take it to the post office, you have to email the tracking number to assure you get the refund. Very suspicious.
It took almost a month to receive the order. I contacted customer service twice and did never received help on where the item was. Finally recieved the item. The order receipt said I would be notified when the item shipped, never got an email. Paid for shipping, should get a refund but I know that won't happen.
I wouldn't order from this site again though it was not hard to get around the site I just don't like the quality of the clothes and they don't look at all like the pictures
So I ordered four items on December 8th it wasn't until 3 weeks later. I had not received any confirmation or anything saying that my order was being processed So I reached out to them. They then informed me that one of my items was not available. My thought was when were you going to tell me this? So I selected another item to replace that item, They finally sent me two of the items but the other two items that I ordered and they didn't say there was a problem with them. I still haven't received. It is December 31st and I still have not received them I have emailed them several times to say either send me the items or refund my money till this day. I've only received two of the four items I ordered and they keep telling me the other two is coming. I will never ever order from this company again. I thought I had actually found a place where I could order from. I love their clothes, the looks of their clothes but I will never order from them again...A Very dissatisfied customer!

Pkg was never received. Very disappointing. Will probably share with friends.
My pkg was never delivered. I'm so disappointed. I loved the ads and even recommended it to a friend.
Just got 2 dresses and a tunic. They all fit! The only thing I was disappointed in was that they were all polyester. Wish company would go cotton or a blend.
The blouse is a maroon shade. I wanted it for Christmas but it's not red. I also don't like the polyester like material and the medium is really big on me.

Followed Curve Dreams size chart exactly according to both my European and American sizes and couldn't even zip up the dress.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
