Been waiting almost 30 days from time of invoice, have heard no updates as to where my order is nor why it is delayed. Very unsatisfied with this company. Wondering if this is a scam…
I have not yet received my purchase items, nor have I heard anything as to when I can expect to receive them. It has been since 2/19 when I last received my invoice notice. If it is still on its way (taking too long) I have yet to hear anything.
So this is why I'm giving only 1 star
The blouse I ordered looked to have very soft colors. The one I received was brighter than I expected, so I returned it. I am still waiting for credit on my credit card
I was disappointed to find this dress and shear cover up run at least a size too small. To tight small and little stretch means I cannot wear it for my upcoming cruise.
My experience with curvedream was very satisfying. They were very fair and pleasant with my situation.
I would recommend them to anyone.
Australian customers BEWARE- this is an overseas company and I believe dubious. I ordered a pair of Beige Cotton and Linen blend relaxed elastic and drawstring pants. After waiting for over a month they were finally delivered by a courier today. These pants are 100% Polyester according to the label which was hard to locate in the pants. There was No BRAND label or price tags attached to the pants. I will be seeking to get a refund through PayPal and with this sham of a company.

Poor quality polyester just stitched together in a square shape - not like the picture, which is cut on a diagonal
And so complicated to return and offering me $16 compensation!

Not sure what I ordered but if what the sheer turquoise top ot was huge, not like the picture. Very poor quality. I had to throw it away. Sorry, but take me off your list. The pictures look great but not the actual item.
I ordered what I thought would be a perfect dress for a wedding. The dress, as it arrived and what I saw online were very different. I paid a reasonable price but the item that arrived didn't seem worth what I paid for it. When I asked to return it they really didn't give me a whole lot of options so I ended up taking a credit for a future order. Customer service was responsive but when I used my credit for another item what I got still didn't look like the online photo and definitely not worth the money, again. I will never order from them again and the only reason I gave them a 3 star instead of a lower star review was because of the responsiveness of customer service.
2nd time ordering, hopefully the items will arrive as described online

Order was late and dress was nothing like what I ordered in picture. The size was not an American size.way too small...The dress was from 2 different styles with dress and over cape...
My credit card was charged on the day I place the order. Two weeks later, no updates or notice of shipping. I sent a message stating if these items were not available to credit my account. Received a message that my order was cancelled and I would receive a refund.

I must return an item...The fabric was not a quality fabric. It was very thin with no gove at all making for an awkward fit.
I did receive an email asking why I wish to return the dress and then outlines of the rules for return
Explaining that the original shipping to me will be deducted from the refund.
NO AMOUNT OF SHIPPING AMOUNT WAS NOTED AND
NO RETURN ADDRESS WAS PROVIDED
Reputable companies do not make returns this difficult
Found CurveDream just looking and I love it. Bought 2 pair of pants and 2 blouses. Super fit and style
Shopping was easy, wonderful selection. Coat got here fine. It's warm and cozy. Had some questions for customer service, they answered promptly and the issue was my fault.
Ordered over 4 weeks ago. Never received order. Got a bs email asking how order was or if order was not received. Gave option to cancel. I canceled and another email asking th we same thing. Canceled again and no response.

After I look at the details of the item - there is no back tab to go back to the section ie dresses - I have to go to the main screen-dresses and start at the beginning of dresses
First, dress took a long time to come in. Then I could tell immediately the dress was too small up top. I ordered large. Top was made small and skirt larger. I had a big Christmas Party in Miami for work with over 500 people. Thank goodness I ordered another one for back up from Amazon. I Will never order from Curve dream again. The Top I ordered at same time came in too large. Total disappointment on all fronts Sending both top and back dress

I ordered items for a wedding, where I needed something with sparkle to go with my plain dress. When they arrived there was no sparkle, there was no pizzzzaz, and I am terribly disappointed. I have been trying to figure out how to send these items back for a full refund.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
