I ordered 3 items that were for a special trip I am going on. They messed up the numbers on my credit card info. Not even close. So I ordered again. This time it went through. But after I was charged, I was blocked from their site. (scary) I could not check on my order. But I could still contact them by email. But they would never would address the? About the blocked site. My order did not come so I canceled it. Surprise, surprise! They refunded my money. Wow!
It has been very difficult to get follow answers to questions...especially for returns. I have been waiting for a week to get and address to return my items and a return authorization number.

I ordered seven items I've received two and you let me know that one item was unavailable so four items have not arrived. No address change has occurred. Nothing out of the ordinary and since I got the first package certainly the address is correct.

Waiting for delivery of product for 6 [six] WEEKS and 4 [four] days. Cannot review tracking information on CurveSite! Waiting upon service to give a thorough review. My preference would have been to communicate my credit card information to a live person for security reasons.

I have not received my purchased items?
Items purchased were 3 pairs of pants and 1 top and a 2 piece set. Order #CDM**************
The sweater I ordered was exactly as expected. Beautiful pink color matched the online photo. I ordered a size large and it fits perfectly to size. Also pleased with the knit qualitiy. I thought the delivery time was reasonable in about 1-1/2 weeks. Packaging was not so great - very small bag so had to press out wrinkles. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
I made a large order with this company on 3/4/25. The charge was posted to my credit card on 3/6/25. I have not heard anything from this company as to when I can expect my order. I have already paid for the merchandise almost 2 weeks ago. When can I expect contact from this company on the status of my order? Poor service. I don't think I will be ordering from this company again.
Took way to long to ship. Pants were definitely not size14. No receipt to exchange them. What a waste of money. Very dissatisfied will not shop here again.

The shirts were very nice but I was a little upset at how long it took to get them and then they came one at a time.They were christmas gifts and came just days before Christmas making me very nervous.
I ordered a dress to wear to my grandson's wedding. It was wadded up and put into a plastic bag that measured about 6 x 6". It is mostly polyester which is ok, but I am STILL working on getting the deep creases and wrinkles out! Thankfully I won't wear it until July, affording me more time to work on the wrinkles. It took over 3 weeks to arrive, I will NEVER ORDER FROM CURVE DREAM AGAIN!

I received my order in a timely manner. However, it did not fit. I had to ask for a return address twice before I got one. The item did not come with any return information. I feel
Like they don't want to have the item returned, I was offered $12 to keep the dress, the second time I requested a refund and return address, I was offered $21.00. I still declined and asked for the return address. I was given it with instructions of information they requested to be returned with the item and to get a tracking number for the item when I mailed it. At first they were only giving me 7 days to complete the return process. However, I informed them I would not be able to comply since I was out of town. I mailed the item back just today. Hopefully I will receive a full refund soon. I will not be ordering from them again- the return process is too time consuming.

Ordered and received a dress that fit poorly. It is my perception that it simply is not sized properly. Given options of "return it, pay shipping both ways, and get a refund" or just " keep it and we'll give you a $10 refund" was very unsatisfying. This is why we shop Amazon or Walmart or Target.

Product is nice, however two problems. One is it doesn't come in large enough size and secondly slow delivery. Company has been great in service though
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
