I followed the procedures for returning the dress for a full refund since it was too small. I have repeatedly emailed and have had no response about where to send the item or receive a return label from CurveDream so I can send it back. Help! What do I do? There is no other way to contact CurveDream except though email and I can't get a response. Please, please help me get a return address label from them! They have no Customer Service contact #, only email and even after four or five emails, I can't get a hold of anyone. Am I stuck spending around $50 for an item I can't use?
Fell in love with this cute coat I saw on the site and decided that the price was within my "risk tolerance" scale for a first time order, especially since Curvedream accepts Paypal, which protects buyers very well if something goes wrong.
Nothing went wrong. The coat arrived within about two weeks, pretty standard for orders from China, I have found. It's soft, warm, very cute, but more what we in America call a sweater than a coat. Still, for $29.99, it meets my expectations. The only warning I would give is with the sizing-something meant to be flowy like this, I chanced to order a size up from the size recommended on the chart and it was a good thing I did. I would recommend doing that with this item.
If you are on the fence about ordering from Curvedream, I can say this: I took the chance and the transaction was 100% satisfactory.
I never got a confirmation of purchase or shipment. No response from emails from seller. Now I finally heard back and I have to pay for shipment to return 2 tops that I emailed the day after purchase to cancel! I will never order again!
Neither fit well. One to big one to tight. Have not been able to return them due to emails refusing to give me a return address. I was offered 14 dollars to keep the items. This was not acceptable. Will not order from you again.
I love it. It's a little lighter weight than I was hoping for and a little smaller than I would have liked. I wish I'd ordered the next size up but it's inspiring me to lose a few pounds so I can enjoy wearing it.
The picture was of a gown, floor length but the item received was knee length, not something I can use

I contacted Curvedream at the email requested for two out of the three dresses that are not to my liking. I have not received a response from them. I will keep trying, however, I am disappointed in the customer service.
Shopping has been easy. Trusting the pictures of the items I ordered are the same, along with USA sizes. These are are Christmas gifts for my granddaughters.
Not happy with what I received, took a long time to arrive, not in time for Christmas, and the quality was lacking in the hats, and sweatshirt.

There was no paper inside on how to do a return.

I never received the 2 suitcases I ordered which were paid for.
Accurate information about product. Size seems a bit large for a small.

I dealt with the customer service department via email. I had to inquire about my refund due to 2 items that were not in stock. The various customer service reps were very helpful, and got back to me fairly quickly. 5 stars to the customer service team!
Lovely clothing. Website very slow and time-out numerous times
Easy and quick. It didn't take long to deliver. I do t have 50 words to say and this is the only thing that might be annoying about the experience. If you want to know what I think you should be able to take what I give and not make anyone have to do 50 characters
It took several weeks for this item to arrive. I ordered a size larger than normal...should have ordered 2-3 sizes larger. It was skin tight and the fabric was very thin. It was returned and I won't be ordering again.
They were responsive but still not really wanting to refund I got offered $22 compensation and to keep the clothing. I have said no, they are no use to me if I can't wear them. Still waiting on a reply with the return address. Be carful

I thought this website was Chico's. How did I get transferred out?
Ordering was easy until my credit union denied the transaction because it was overseas. After I approved the transaction there was an additional charge for being overseas. Tops arrived relatively quickly but weren't what was expected. Keeping them to wear around the house.
I tried tracking my order via the tracking link sent by the company. The link stated that tracking info was not available. I emailed to express my concerns, and received a response back showing some tracking info, but it simply said en route. Still can't track via the link and still haven't received my order.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
